Sometimes the best Disney World spots aren’t inside the parks, and one underrated resort lounge is officially back after being closed for months.

If you’ve been missing one of the quieter places to grab a drink and a bite near Disney Springs, we’ve got some good news. Turf Club Lounge has officially reopened at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.

The resort lounge welcomed guests back on August 31, 2026, following a multi-month closure, and its return brings not only another dining option back to Saratoga Springs but also some new menu items worth checking out.

Turf Club Lounge is currently listed as operating from 11 AM until 11 PM, giving guests a spot to stop in for anything from an afternoon break to a late-evening drink after a day in the parks.

And you don’t necessarily have to be staying at Saratoga Springs to take advantage of it.

Turf Club Lounge is located at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, overlooking Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course with views toward Disney Springs.

That setting has always been part of the appeal. Disney World resort lounges can sometimes get overlooked in favor of the much more heavily advertised restaurants inside the theme parks and Disney Springs. But they can also be useful when you’re looking for somewhere a little more relaxed to escape the crowds. Turf Club Lounge fits especially well into that category.

Instead of planning an entire park day around eating there, guests can work it into a Saratoga Springs stay, a resort-hopping afternoon, or even a trip to Disney Springs. Its reopening also restores another food and beverage option to a resort that’s currently seeing its share of changes. And when Turf Club Lounge reopened, it didn’t simply unlock the doors and return exactly as it was.

There are some new things to eat.

There Are New Menu Items To Try

Among the additions Disney recently previewed for the returning lounge is the Pretzel Charcuterie, putting a playful spin on a traditional charcuterie presentation. There’s also a new Herbed Grilled Chicken Sandwich joining the lineup. And the changes aren’t limited to food.

The Mint Julep has received a presentation update featuring new specialty ice, giving the cocktail a little extra visual flair when it arrives at the table.

Those additions help make the reopening a little more interesting than simply bringing back a previously available lounge. For guests who frequented Turf Club Lounge before its closure, there’s actually something new to come back and try. For everyone else, the reopening is a reminder that some of Disney World’s most useful dining locations can be hiding at the resorts.

This is probably the most useful part of the reopening for Disney World visitors. You don’t have to be staying at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa to visit Turf Club Lounge. And its proximity to Disney Springs gives guests a relatively easy way to get there without building an entire resort visit around it.

Rather than needing to board a bus from Disney Springs just to visit the hotel, the two destinations are connected by a pedestrian route. There’s also a more Disney-like alternative.

Guests can use boat transportation between Disney Springs and Saratoga Springs, giving you another way to reach the resort without needing your own vehicle. That makes Turf Club Lounge an interesting potential escape during a busy Disney Springs day.

Disney Springs has no shortage of restaurants and bars, but it can also become extremely busy — particularly during evenings and weekends.

There are plenty of reasons to spend time exploring Disney World outside the four theme parks. Resort lounges are one of them. Unlike a full table-service meal that can require a substantial chunk of your afternoon or evening, lounges can offer a more flexible option when you simply want a drink, appetizer, or lighter meal.

They’re also an easy way to experience some of Disney World’s Deluxe and Disney Vacation Club resorts without booking a room there. And in the case of Turf Club Lounge, the setting itself is part of the experience. Of course, operating hours at Walt Disney World can change, so we’d always recommend checking Disney’s current listing on the day you plan to visit.
