Mickey and Minnie are ready to hit the trails, and their newest outfits might be some of the cutest we’ve seen at EPCOT this year.

Grab the hiking boots!

Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse have officially debuted their latest seasonal looks at Walt Disney World, and this time they’re trading their usual park attire for something that looks straight out of a National Parks adventure.

The new National Parks-inspired outfits can now be found during an exclusive character experience inside Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium –– A Member Lounge at EPCOT. But before you add this meet-and-greet to your EPCOT itinerary, there’s an important catch.

This isn’t available to every EPCOT guest, or even every Disney Vacation Club Member. The special Mickey and Minnie experience is part of Membership Magic Beyond, Disney Vacation Club’s optional paid benefits package.

So let’s talk about the outfits, where you can find them, and exactly who can get inside.

If Mickey and Minnie were about to leave EPCOT and spend a week hiking through Yellowstone, we’d imagine they’d look something like this. The pair’s latest outfits are inspired by the spirit of America’s National Parks, giving both characters an outdoorsy makeover.

Mickey wears a green-and-teal plaid overshirt over a graphic T-shirt featuring mountain scenery, paired with brown pants, hiking-style shoes, and a wide-brimmed outdoor hat. Minnie coordinates with him without wearing an identical outfit.

Her look includes a mountain graphic top, brown skirt layered over patterned leggings, hiking-style shoes, a bright orange belt bag, and a bow headband that coordinates with Mickey’s hat.

The result feels less like traditional theme park character costumes and more like Mickey and Minnie just stopped at REI before heading out on a road trip. And Disney has extended the theme beyond their clothes.

The meet-and-greet area features travel-inspired details including a directional sign pointing toward famous U.S. National Parks such as Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, and Denali.

Additional props include National Parks-inspired books and outdoorsy elements that help transform the existing travel-themed character space for the new seasonal look.

Rather than creating an entirely different character location every few months, Disney has been using the ImaginAtrium experience as an opportunity to continually reinvent Mickey and Minnie’s travel wardrobe. And they’ve been busy.

The National Parks outfits are the latest in a growing collection of seasonal costumes created for this EPCOT experience.

Earlier in 2026, Mickey and Minnie appeared in ski resort-inspired outfits, followed by nautical looks inspired by spending time on a cruise deck.

More recently, the pair switched into “cottagecore” outfits, with softer European countryside styling.

There has also been a broader travel-inspired look associated with the experience, meaning Mickey and Minnie have essentially spent the past year working their way through a Disney Vacation Club vacation wardrobe. That’s actually a clever fit for DVC.

Disney Vacation Club isn’t limited to Walt Disney World vacations, and the character experience has increasingly leaned into the idea of Mickey and Minnie as travelers themselves. For character fans, it also gives you something genuinely different to photograph.

Which brings us to the catch. Simply being inside EPCOT isn’t enough to access this experience. The National Parks Mickey and Minnie meet-and-greet is available through Disney Vacation Club Membership Magic Beyond.

For 2026, the optional Membership Magic Beyond benefits package costs $99 for eligible Disney Vacation Club Members.

Disney Vacation Club

The character experience takes place daily from 5:30 PM until 8:30 PM inside Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium — A Member Lounge, located on the upper level of EPCOT’s Imagination pavilion. Capacity restrictions apply.

An enrolled and eligible Member can bring up to four guests OR the number of guests included on their resort stay reservation, whichever is greater. The experience is currently offered seven days a week, although Disney can change availability and operating times.

And because capacity restrictions apply, Membership Magic Beyond doesn’t necessarily mean you can arrive at any point during the three-hour window and be guaranteed immediate access.

Membership Magic Beyond also provides priority access to participating DVC Member Lounges when those lounges are operating with a waitlist.

That includes ImaginAtrium at EPCOT as well as other participating locations such as Disney Vacation Club McKim’s Mile House — A Member Lounge at Magic Kingdom and Disney Vacation Club Star View Station — A Member Lounge at Disneyland Park.

Eligible DVC Members already have lounge benefits subject to Disney’s individual eligibility rules. Membership Magic Beyond adds benefits on top of those existing Membership Extras, including this exclusive character experience and priority lounge access when a participating lounge has a waitlist.

So if you see Mickey and Minnie in their hiking gear online and wonder why you didn’t see them during your last visit to ImaginAtrium, this could be why.

Where Is ImaginAtrium?

Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium — A Member Lounge is located inside EPCOT’s Imagination pavilion, home to Journey Into Imagination with Figment.

The lounge occupies the upper level of the pavilion, in an area longtime EPCOT fans may recognize from the building’s earlier history. For eligible DVC Members, it’s primarily designed as a place to escape the park for a while. The lounge offers comfortable seating, air conditioning, complimentary beverages, Wi-Fi, and places to charge devices.

And anyone who has spent an August afternoon walking around World Showcase can probably appreciate why air conditioning alone qualifies as a vacation perk. The Membership Magic Beyond character experience gives eligible Members another reason to visit later in the day.

Disney hasn’t announced an ending date for the National Parks look in the information currently available, so we wouldn’t invent one.

If you’re an eligible Membership Magic Beyond Member visiting EPCOT soon and specifically want photos with Hiking Mickey and Minnie, we’d prioritize the experience during your trip rather than assuming the costumes will remain indefinitely.
