If you’ve walked through Disney Springs recently, you may have noticed yet another change on the horizon.

Shore store

A retail shake-up is underway, and this time it’s Shore that’s closing its doors — marking another quiet but notable exit from Walt Disney World’s shopping and dining district.

The coastal-inspired apparel shop Shore, located at Disney Springs, is set to close permanently.

Known for its laid-back, beachy vibe and Florida-inspired clothing, Shore offered guests a mix of casual wear, accessories, and vacation-ready styles that fit right in with the Central Florida setting.

Shore

Shore stood out for its relaxed aesthetic — blending surf culture with everyday fashion. It was a go-to stop for guests looking to bring a little bit of that Florida lifestyle home with them.

Its closure continues a trend of evolving retail offerings at Disney Springs, where stores frequently rotate as Disney updates the district’s lineup to keep things fresh for returning visitors.

Sign

As of now, Disney has not announced what will replace the Shore storefront.

However, given Disney Springs’ high foot traffic and prime retail space, it’s likely only a matter of time before a new concept (whether retail, dining, or experiential) takes its place.

While Shore may be closing, it’s part of a bigger picture.

Disney Springs continues to shift and evolve, with new experiences always waiting in the wings. And while one storefront says goodbye… another is usually right behind it, ready to open.

Stay tuned for more updates on store closures, openings, and everything changing at Walt Disney World.

  1. I think Disney have got the vibe for DS wrong ! The original end is packed as it usual, maybe uniglo is the only exception , but the middle where the buses drop you off screams once again of DVC money money money people , that part is designed for higher rollers shopping , for us middle class earners , it’s way to expensive ( galactic star cruiser comes to mind ) the Disney CEO’s need to stop thinking that people have ever expanding bank accounts , I’m really not interested in cloth shopping in a heat of 90 plus, my wife and I love the OG springs, Disney merch is generally what people are interested in when vacating the world , that middle part seems lost to me , apart from the night clubs, Micheal Eisner kinda got it . He knew what people wanted , the last 20 years we’ve had no budget resorts, no moderate , it’s all DVC, and for me that is a great mistake , DS needs to change . Shore was a nice store, but was never busy ,real shame as I bought a shirt in 2025 , cost $50 really nice , but that’s my limit.
