Disney Vacation Club Members, you can now start your Frontierland lounge break a little earlier, but you’ll also need to wrap things up earlier, too!

Disney has updated the operating hours for McKim’s Mile House — A Member Lounge, the Disney Vacation Club lounge located in Frontierland at Magic Kingdom.

The lounge is now scheduled to operate daily from 10 AM to 7 PM, although Disney notes that operating hours are subject to change. This is actually the second notable hours change for McKim’s Mile House in 2026.

Earlier this year, Disney extended the lounge’s hours from its original 11 AM to 6 PM schedule to 11 AM to 8 PM. Now, Disney has shifted that window forward by an hour, giving DVC Members earlier access in the morning while eliminating the later 7–8 PM hour.

For Members who like to use the lounge as a mid-morning escape from the Florida heat, or simply somewhere to recharge before the afternoon crowds arrive, that earlier opening could certainly come in handy.

McKim’s Mile House opened in March 2025 inside the former Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade location. The lounge is themed as an Old West mile house and is named in honor of Disney Legend and Imagineer Sam McKim, who created concept artwork for Disneyland’s original Frontierland.

Inside, eligible Disney Vacation Club Members can take advantage of seating, complimentary soft drinks, Wi-Fi, charging spaces, and access to Member Services Advisors. Access is available to qualifying DVC Members with Membership Extras, subject to Disney’s eligibility requirements.

For now, just remember the new numbers before your next Magic Kingdom visit: 10 AM to 7 PM daily.
