Figment is finally getting his moment in the Disney Lorcana spotlight, and honestly, it’s about time.
During the “Quests Ahead for Disney Lorcana” panel at D23 2026, the team confirmed that Disney Lorcana TCG is officially returning to EPCOT’s International Festival of the Arts in 2027, following a successful run of activities there last year. And this time, they’re bringing a first with them: Figment is getting his very own Disney Lorcana card, marking the mischievous little dragon’s debut in the game.
If you think about it, the casting makes total sense. Figment has spent decades as the unofficial mascot of creativity and imagination at EPCOT, so having him headline an exclusive Festival of the Arts card feels less like a surprise and more like something that should’ve happened years ago. The panel described him as the perfect fit for everything the festival celebrates — boundless creativity, playful imagination, and a little bit of chaos for good measure (that part’s mine, but you know it’s true).
No word yet on exact festival dates, artist lineups, or what else is coming alongside the card, but Disney says more details are on the way as 2027’s Festival of the Arts gets closer. Are you adding a Figment Lorcana card to your collection? Let me know how excited you are — on a scale of “mildly curious” to “already planning an EPCOT trip around it.”
