Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is nearly here, and Disney has quietly revealed several new Halloween popcorn buckets and sippers arriving at Walt Disney World. While we have already seen previews of the exclusive food, drinks, and merchandise planned for the 2026 Halloween event, these newly confirmed souvenirs may become some of the most sought-after collectibles of the entire season.
Haunted Mansion fans have a major reason to celebrate because the new Hatbox Ghost Popcorn Bucket will officially be available at Walt Disney World during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
The collectible was previously announced for Disneyland Resort, but information found in the My Disney Experience app confirms that it will also make its way to Magic Kingdom. Unlike the daytime Halloween souvenirs coming to the park, the Hatbox Ghost Popcorn Bucket is expected to be available during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
Disney has not yet shared the bucket’s price or exact purchasing location, so guests attending the party should watch the My Disney Experience app and check Magic Kingdom’s popcorn and snack carts throughout the evening.
Considering the Hatbox Ghost’s popularity and the continued demand for Haunted Mansion merchandise, this is one souvenir that could disappear into the mist quickly.
A Headless Horseman Popcorn Bucket Is Also Coming
The Hatbox Ghost will not be haunting the party alone.
Disney has also confirmed a Headless Horseman Popcorn Bucket for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The Headless Horseman is one of the event’s most recognizable characters, traditionally appearing before Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade on select nights when conditions permit.
Like the Hatbox Ghost bucket, pricing and exact sales locations have not yet been revealed. Guests attending the separately ticketed event will want to watch for additional information once the first party begins.
Vampire Mickey Bucket and Halloween Pooh Sipper
Guests who are not attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will still have an opportunity to purchase two adorable Halloween souvenirs during regular Magic Kingdom operating hours.
The Vampire Mickey Bucket and Halloween Pooh Sipper will be available during the day, meaning neither item is exclusive to the Halloween party. According to the information revealed through the My Disney Experience app, guests can look for both souvenirs at the following Magic Kingdom snack-cart locations:
- The Adventureland snack cart near Jungle Cruise
- The Liberty Square snack cart near Liberty Tree Tavern
- The Fantasyland snack cart near Gaston’s Tavern
- The Frontierland snack cart near Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Purchases will be limited to two of each item per transaction, and all four souvenirs will be available only while supplies last.
When Does Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Begin?
The first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of the 2026 season takes place on August 7, 2026, at Magic Kingdom. Disney has also released its official foodie guide for the event, confirming a large lineup of party-exclusive Halloween treats and returning seasonal favorites.
With the Hatbox Ghost Popcorn Bucket, Headless Horseman Popcorn Bucket, Vampire Mickey Bucket, and Halloween Pooh Sipper all arriving, collectors may need to prioritize their purchases before getting in line for attractions, entertainment, and trick-or-treat trails.
Prices and detailed purchase locations for the party-exclusive buckets have not yet been confirmed, but more information should become available once the first event begins.
