If you’ve been looking for the perfect way to kick off your Fourth of July weekend at Walt Disney World, Disney Springs just made your plans a whole lot easier.

One of Disney Springs’ most popular restaurants is giving guests an extra reason to celebrate Independence Day. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ has announced that its fan-favorite Rise ‘n Shine Brunch will be available for three consecutive days during the Fourth of July holiday weekend instead of its usual weekend-only schedule. Whether you’re craving legendary fried chicken, fluffy biscuits, or a refreshing brunch cocktail before a day of shopping and entertainment, this limited-time offering is worth adding to your holiday itinerary.
Normally, Homecomin’ serves its popular brunch exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, but for the 2026 Fourth of July weekend, the restaurant is expanding brunch service to include Friday, July 3, giving guests three opportunities to enjoy the Southern-inspired menu from Friday through Sunday.

The restaurant shared the announcement with a patriotic message encouraging guests to celebrate America’s birthday around the table:
“Red, white, and CHEW! Join us for 3 days of brunch this 4th of July Weekend as we serve up an array of sweet, savory, and sippable. From our Chicken and Waffles to our Hallelujah Biscuit, there’s no better way to celebrate America’s birthday than with a seat at our table.”
Brunch will be served daily from 9:30 AM until 1 PM, with Homecomin’s full lunch and dinner menu becoming available beginning at 11 AM. Guests can expect many of the restaurant’s signature brunch favorites, including the famous Chicken and Waffles, the indulgent Hallelujah Biscuit, handcrafted cocktails, fresh-squeezed mimosas, and other Southern comfort food that has made Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ one of the highest-rated dining locations at Disney Springs.
Located in The Landing at Disney Springs, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is known for its farm-to-fork approach to Southern cuisine, highlighting fresh Florida ingredients inspired by recipes from celebrity chef Art Smith. From crispy fried chicken and shrimp & grits to house-made biscuits and the restaurant’s famous Shine Cake, Homecomin’ has become a must-visit dining destination for both Walt Disney World vacationers and Orlando locals alike.

The extended brunch schedule offers a great opportunity for guests spending Independence Day weekend at Walt Disney World to enjoy one of Disney Springs’ most popular dining experiences without being limited to the traditional Saturday and Sunday crowds. If you’re planning to dine during the holiday weekend, reservations are strongly recommended, as Homecomin’ is consistently one of the busiest restaurants at Disney Springs — especially during holiday periods.
