A Walt Disney World vacation just got a whole lot more affordable — some flights to Orlando are starting at just $55 one way!

If you’ve been dreaming about your next trip to Walt Disney World, now might be the perfect time to book your flight.

Southwest Airlines has launched a limited-time fare sale with one-way flights starting at just $55, making it one of the best opportunities this summer for Disney fans looking to save on airfare.

While availability varies by route, the promotion includes dozens of domestic destinations with discounted fares to Orlando International Airport (MCO), the primary airport serving Walt Disney World.

What’s Included in the Sale?

The promotion features one-way fares beginning at $55, although the lowest prices are available only on select routes and travel dates.

Some of the featured deals include flights from cities such as:

• Atlanta
• Nashville
• Charleston
• New Orleans
• Birmingham
• Louisville
• Memphis

Additional routes to Orlando are also discounted, though prices vary depending on your departure city and travel dates. As always, the lowest fares are available on a limited number of seats and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Booking Details

Like most airline promotions, there are a few restrictions to keep in mind.

If you’re hoping to snag one of these low fares, don’t wait too long. You’ll need to book by June 18, and your flight must be reserved at least 21 days in advance. The sale is valid for travel through December 16, so it’s a great option if you’re planning a fall Disney vacation or even an early holiday getaway. Just remember that the cheapest fares are only available on select routes and travel dates, and seating is limited, so you’ll want to search Southwest.com sooner rather than later.

Travelers should also remember that the advertised fare is for one-way travel before taxes and government fees, and prices are subject to change until booking is complete.

A Great Opportunity for Disney Travelers

With Walt Disney World currently offering several hotel discounts and vacation promotions for summer and fall travel, combining one of those offers with a discounted flight could lead to significant savings on your overall trip. Whether you’re planning a quick weekend getaway, attending a special event, or squeezing in one more summer vacation, lower airfare can make a Disney trip much more budget-friendly.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to book airfare to Orlando, this sale may be worth checking out before the lowest-priced seats disappear.
