How To Train Your Dragon Isle of Berk

Universal Orlando Resort is officially bringing the music of How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk to Spotify, giving Epic Universe fans the chance to stream the land’s sweeping soundtrack outside the park for the very first time.

A new Spotify countdown page has now appeared for the upcoming soundtrack release, featuring artwork inspired by the Isle of Berk land coming to Universal Epic Universe. The soundtrack cover showcases Hiccup, Toothless, Astrid, and Stormfly alongside Viking-inspired shield artwork and map detailing themed to the world of Berk.

According to the Spotify listing, the soundtrack is credited to John Powell, The Mead Hall Band, and additional collaborators connected to the land’s musical score. John Powell previously composed the beloved scores for DreamWorks Animation’s How to Train Your Dragon film trilogy, with many fans considering his work one of the most iconic modern animated film soundtracks.

The countdown timer currently shows the soundtrack releasing in approximately two weeks, aligning closely with the grand opening period for Universal Epic Universe and the debut of the Isle of Berk land.

Hiccup and Toothless

How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk is one of the major themed lands inside Epic Universe and transports guests directly into the Viking village from the DreamWorks franchise. The land will feature attractions, live entertainment, dragon encounters, themed dining, and large-scale environmental storytelling heavily inspired by the films.

Music has already become one of the most praised aspects of the land during previews and early reactions, with fans especially highlighting the emotional orchestral themes and immersive background score playing throughout Berk.

While Universal has not yet officially confirmed the full tracklist or exact release date publicly, the Spotify listing strongly suggests fans will soon be able to listen to the land’s music anytime — even outside the parks.
