We’ve already covered the room-only discounts hitting 2027, but this one’s a little different, and honestly a little more useful for a lot of families.
Instead of just knocking a percentage off your hotel rate, this discount applies directly to a full room-and-ticket package.
Walt Disney World is now offering up to $250 per night in savings on select 4-night, 4-day (or longer) Walt Disney Travel Company room-and-ticket packages, for stays on select nights from January 3 through July 28, 2027. That’s notably longer than the standalone room-only discount, which cuts off in late April — this package deal stretches all the way through the end of July, covering essentially the entire first half of next year plus a chunk of summer.
Same two-window structure as the other 2027 offers, though: better savings for the spring-into-summer stretch, smaller savings for January and February, and only on Sunday-through-Thursday nights during that earlier window.
The Savings by Tier
Deluxe Resorts: Save $250 per night for stays most nights from February 28 to July 28, 2027, or save $150 per night for stays most Sunday-through-Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027. This covers the same lineup of Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resorts you’d expect at the top tier — the kind of properties where $250 off a single night’s stay actually makes a real dent in the total cost of a longer package.
Moderate Resorts (and select suites): Save $150 per night for stays most nights from February 28 to July 28, 2027, or save $75 per night for stays most Sunday-through-Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027. This tier specifically includes Disney’s Art of Animation Resort Family Suites and Resort View Rooms at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, alongside the rest of the Moderate resort category.
Value Resorts: Save $60 per night for stays most nights from February 28 to July 28, 2027, or save $40 per night for stays most Sunday-through-Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027. Eligible resorts here include Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Standard Rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — French Quarter, and the All-Star Resorts.
What You Actually Need to Qualify
This one comes with a few more requirements than a standard room-only discount, since it’s tied to a full vacation package rather than just a hotel stay:
- A minimum 4-night stay and minimum 4-day theme park ticket are required.
- Everyone staying in the same room must be booked on the same package.
- The included tickets are date-based, meaning theme park reservations aren’t required for entry with this package.
- Advance reservations are required, and the offer can’t be combined with any other discount or promotion.
- The number of packages allocated for this offer is limited, and savings are calculated against the non-discounted price of the same package.
A handful of room types are excluded across the board: campsites, the Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, the Bungalows and 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom, and Penthouse Villas at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, and all 3-Bedroom Villas resort-wide.
Room-Only vs. Package: Which Should You Book?
If you already have park tickets sorted, or you’re staying with an Annual Pass, the standalone room-only discounts we’ve covered separately are probably your better move. But if you’re starting from scratch on a 2027 trip and need both a room and tickets anyway, this package discount is worth running the numbers on…especially at the Deluxe tier, where $250 off per night on a week-long trip adds up to real money fast.
If you’ve already got a 2027 reservation on the books, it’s worth checking whether this discount can be applied retroactively before you assume you need to rebook from scratch.
