I love a good Disney discount as much as the next person who’s spent way too many nights price-checking the same room category across six different dates.

But this one’s worth actually reading the details on, because the savings aren’t flat across the whole window, and which resort you’re eyeing changes your number pretty significantly.

Disney’s released a new room-only discount for stays on select nights from January 3 through April 29, 2027, with savings split into two date windows across three resort tiers. The short version: the later spring dates get better savings, and the bigger the resort, the bigger the percentage off.

Save Up to 25% on Rooms

Save 25% for stays most nights from February 28 to April 29, 2027. Save 20% for stays most Sunday through Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027.

Eligible resorts include:

• Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
• Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
• The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort — A Disney Vacation Club Resort
• Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas — Kidani Village
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas — Jambo House
• Disney’s Beach Club Resort
• Disney’s Beach Club Villas
• Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
• Disney’s BoardWalk Villas
• Disney’s Contemporary Resort
• Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort — King Bed Rooms

This is far and away the biggest tier, which is honestly a little surprising…Disney’s more commonly stingier with discounts at the top end of its lineup, so seeing basically the entire Deluxe and Deluxe Villa category eligible for a full 25% off is a genuinely good sign for anyone eyeing a splurge-y spring stay.

Save Up to 20% on Rooms

Save 20% for stays most nights from February 28 to April 29, 2027. Save 15% for stays most Sunday through Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027.

Eligible resorts include:

• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge — Resort View Rooms
• Disney’s Art of Animation Resort — Family Suites
• Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
• Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
• Disney’s Old Key West Resort — Deluxe Studios
• Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
• Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
• Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside

This middle tier is a nice landing spot if you want Moderate-resort comfort or a family suite without fully committing to Deluxe pricing, and it still comes with a genuinely solid discount attached.

Save Up to 15% on Rooms

Save 15% for stays most nights from February 28 to April 29, 2027. Save 10% for stays most Sunday through Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027.

Eligible resorts include:

• Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
• Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
• Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
• Disney’s Art of Animation Resort — Standard Rooms
• The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort (excludes January and February dates)
• Disney’s Pop Century Resort
• Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — French Quarter
• Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside – Standard Rooms

The Value resorts land here, which tracks, but even a 15% (or 10%) discount on an already budget-friendly room can add up over a longer stay.

The Fine Print Worth Knowing

A few details to keep in mind before you book:

• Advance reservations are required.
• Minimum stay is 1 night; maximum stay is 14 nights.
• This offer can’t be combined with any other discount or promotion.
• Additional per-adult charges may apply if you have more than 2 adults per room at Disney Value, Moderate, and Deluxe Resorts, and Studios at Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts.
• Excluded room types: 3-Bedroom Villas; Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge; and Bungalows, Tower 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas, and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

If a spring 2027 trip is already on your radar, the February 28 through April 29 window is clearly the stronger deal across every tier…bigger discount, and no day-of-week restriction to work around. If you’re set on traveling in January or early February instead, just build your trip around Sunday-through-Thursday nights to qualify.
