A Disney World hotel for $125 per night? In 2026? We definitely needed to investigate this one.

Disney Springs Area Hotels

If you’re planning a Walt Disney World vacation this fall and haven’t booked your hotel yet, a new offer could potentially knock a significant amount off your lodging budget.

The Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels have launched a special fall promotion with rooms starting at just $125 per night, plus tax, for stays through December 18, 2026. And these aren’t random hotels miles away from Walt Disney World.

The seven participating properties are Official Walt Disney World Hotels located in the Disney Springs Resort Area, putting guests within walking distance of Disney Springs while providing several Disney vacation benefits—including 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry and transportation to the Walt Disney World theme parks.

But before you see “$125” and immediately book a room, there are a few details you’ll want to know.

The new fall offer is available to book now through November 13, 2026, for stays through December 18, 2026. According to the promotional rates shared for the offer, all seven participating Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels have starting prices below $200 per night:

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando — Disney Springs Area: starting at $174 per night

Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando — Disney Springs Area: starting at $149 per night

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace — Disney Springs Area: starting at $168 per night

Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista — Disney Springs Area: starting at $153 per night

Holiday Inn Orlando — Disney Springs Area: starting at $153 per night

Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa: starting at $134 per night

Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista — Disney Springs Area: starting at $125 per night

That last property is where the eye-catching $125-per-night starting rate comes from. So no, this deal doesn’t mean every Disney Springs Resort Area Hotel suddenly costs $125 per night. Instead, promotional rates vary by property, with all seven starting below $200 for qualifying stays. Actual pricing will also depend on your travel dates and availability.

There Are Some Extra Costs You Need To Remember

This is the part we’d check carefully before deciding you’ve found the cheapest hotel for your trip. The advertised promotional rates do not include taxes, applicable daily parking fees, or gratuities. The offer also cannot be combined with other special offers, and blackout dates may apply. Availability is limited.

That means the $125 starting rate should be treated as exactly that…a starting room rate, not necessarily your final nightly cost. When comparing this deal with a Disney-owned resort or another hotel outside Walt Disney World, don’t compare only the number displayed on the first booking screen. Look at the final total for the entire stay.

You Still Get Early Theme Park Entry

This is where these hotels become particularly interesting for a Disney World vacation. Guests staying at participating Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels receive 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry at all four Walt Disney World theme parks each day, provided they have valid admission and meet Disney’s eligibility requirements.

That means you aren’t necessarily giving up this particular onsite-style perk simply because you’re not staying at a Disney-owned hotel. Early Theme Park Entry can be surprisingly useful. Thirty minutes might not sound substantial, but being inside a park before regular opening can give you a head start on popular attractions before the larger wave of daytime guests arrives.

How much you accomplish will depend on the park, attraction availability, crowds, and how early you arrive. But if you’re someone who actually uses Early Entry rather than sleeping through it, having the benefit attached to a lower hotel rate can add real value.

The Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels also advertise scheduled bus transportation to Walt Disney World’s theme parks. So before booking, we’d look at your specific property’s transportation schedule and determine whether it works with the way you plan to tour the parks.

If you’re someone who likes being at Magic Kingdom an hour before Early Entry, for example, you’ll want to make sure your hotel’s first shuttle actually supports that plan.

And Disney Springs Is Within Walking Distance

There’s another major advantage to these seven hotels: Disney Springs is right there.

The Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels are clustered along Hotel Plaza Boulevard and the surrounding resort area, giving guests pedestrian access to Disney Springs.

That means dozens of restaurants, shops, bars, entertainment venues, and snack locations can potentially be reached without driving somewhere else after your park day. For travelers who spend a lot of time at Disney Springs, that can be a legitimate benefit. Instead of waiting for transportation back to a distant hotel after dinner, you may be able to simply walk back to your room.

Drury Plaza

The promotion runs through a particularly busy stretch of Walt Disney World’s seasonal calendar. The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs through November 21, meaning much of the promotional window overlaps with the festival. Later in the offer period, Walt Disney World transitions fully into the holiday season. That makes the deal potentially useful for several different types of trips, from a fall Food & Wine Festival getaway to an early holiday vacation.
