Universal just made it a whole lot EASIER to experience Volcano Bay after dark this summer.

If you missed out on tickets or couldn’t make one of the original event dates, you’ve got another chance. Universal Orlando has quietly expanded the schedule for its popular Volcano Bay Nights event, adding three more nights to the 2026 lineup. Here’s what guests need to know before these additional dates sell out.

Due to the popularity of Volcano Bay Nights, Universal Orlando Resort has officially added three new event dates to this summer’s lineup.

The newly announced dates are:

  • Friday, July 24
  • Friday, July 31
  • Friday, August 28

These dates join the previously announced schedule, giving guests even more opportunities to experience Universal’s tropical water theme park after hours with limited crowds, shorter wait times, exclusive entertainment, and complimentary snacks.

What Is Volcano Bay Nights?

Volcano Bay Nights is Universal Orlando’s separately ticketed after-hours event held inside Universal Volcano Bay.

Guests can enter the park as early as 4 PM, with the exclusive event taking place from 7 PM to 11 PM.

During the event, visitors can enjoy many of Volcano Bay’s most popular attractions with significantly reduced wait times, plus:

  • Select attractions open throughout the evening
  • Live DJ entertainment
  • DreamWorks character meet-and-greets
  • Complimentary select snacks
  • A complimentary Coca-Cola Freestyle® souvenir cup with free refills during the event
  • A festive nighttime atmosphere throughout the park

Updated 2026 Volcano Bay Nights Schedule

With the newly announced additions, the remaining 2026 event dates are now:

  • June 25
  • July 10
  • July 17
  • July 24 (NEW)
  • July 31 (NEW)
  • August 7
  • August 14
  • August 21
  • August 28 (NEW)

Tickets are available now, but event capacity is limited, and several earlier dates have proven to be popular.
