Universal Monsters fans are going to want to make a stop inside Five & Dime on their next visit to Universal Studios Florida.
A brand-new Universal Monsters-themed display has popped up inside the popular Hollywood gift shop, bringing some classic monster movie magic to the park.
The display is designed to look like a vintage movie studio set and features several nods to Universal’s legendary monster films. Guests will spot a towering Creature from the Black Lagoon figure standing alongside studio props, vintage-inspired movie posters, lighting equipment, film reels, and a director’s chair labeled for The Wolfman.

A weathered “Monster Gram Pictures Studios” sign serves as the centerpiece of the display, while additional set dressing and humorous warning signs help complete the old Hollywood horror aesthetic. Fans of Universal’s Classic Monsters will likely recognize references to films including Creature from the Black Lagoon, Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man, and The Phantom of the Opera.
The new display arrives as Universal continues to celebrate its iconic Monsters legacy across the resort, including the highly anticipated Dark Universe land at Epic Universe.
While the display isn’t tied to a specific attraction or event announcement, it makes for a fun photo opportunity and another reminder of the important role Universal Monsters have played in the company’s history for nearly a century.

If you’re visiting Universal Studios Florida soon, be sure to step inside Five & Dime and check out this eerie new addition before heading deeper into the park.
