A longtime Disney Springs dining area just entered a new chapter.
The final food trucks have now been removed from Exposition Park at Disney Springs, marking the end of an era for the West Side location that has served quick bites, smoothies, tacos, and Latin-inspired dishes to guests for years.
New photos show that all remaining food trucks have departed the area, with Disney already beginning to transform the space into additional guest seating.
The closure follows reports that the food trucks at Exposition Park would permanently cease operations in June 2026.
The lineup previously included 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck, Cilantro Urban Eatery Food Truck, and GoJuice.
The first sign of the transition came when the Cilantro Urban Eatery truck was removed ahead of the full closure. Now, all remaining trucks have been cleared from the site.
For years, the food truck area offered guests a convenient place to grab quick-service meals and snacks while exploring Disney Springs. Popular menu items included the Taco Cone from 4 Rivers, Latin-inspired dishes from Cilantro Urban Eatery, and smoothies and açai bowls from GoJuice.
With the food trucks removed, Disney has wasted little time reconfiguring the space.
Recent photos show additional tables and chairs being added throughout Exposition Park, significantly increasing the amount of available seating for guests visiting the busy West Side area. The expanded seating provides more room for visitors purchasing food from nearby locations, including restaurants and quick-service venues throughout Disney Springs.
The area sits near Starbucks, Summer House on the Lake, and several popular shopping destinations, making it a high-traffic section of Disney Springs.
Food trucks have been part of the Disney Springs experience for more than a decade. Disney originally introduced food trucks during the transformation from Downtown Disney to Disney Springs, with the concept eventually evolving into the Exposition Park food truck area guests became familiar with over the years.
While the food trucks are now gone, the expanded seating suggests Disney sees value in creating additional relaxation space for guests in one of the busiest sections of Disney Springs.
Whether this is the final use of the space or simply a temporary solution remains to be seen.
