To celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Universal Orlando Resort has introduced several brand-new specialty menu items across Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Universal CityWalk, and even Epic Universe.

The limited-time offerings are available from May 1 through May 31, 2026, and were specially created by Universal Orlando chefs to celebrate AANHPI cultures and culinary traditions.

Here’s What Guests Can Try at Universal Orlando

One of the standout items this year is the Roujiamo at the San Fran Street Cart near Lombard’s Seafood Grille in Universal Studios Florida. Inspired by a traditional Chinese street food from the Shaanxi region, the dish features braised pork stuffed into a flaky baijimo-style bun.
