For the first time ever, Halloween is coming to Disney’s newest cruise ship, and it’s bringing the spooky magic to sea.
Disney Cruise Line is taking its fan-favorite seasonal celebration to new waters. And this time, it’s happening aboard one of its newest ships, adding an extra layer of excitement for fall sailings.
For the first time, Halloween on the High Seas will be offered aboard the Disney Destiny, bringing the popular seasonal celebration to Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship.
The themed sailings will take place during select cruises in September and October 2026, as part of Disney Cruise Line’s annual fall offerings.
Guests sailing on the Disney Destiny can expect the signature Halloween experience that has become a staple across the fleet (complete with festive décor, themed entertainment, and character encounters) all with a spooky Disney twist.
Halloween on the High Seas transforms the entire ship into a floating celebration of the season.
Guests can typically enjoy:
- A grand Halloween Tree centerpiece in the atrium
- Character meet-and-greets in Halloween costumes
- Deck parties, live shows, and themed activities
- Trick-or-treating and seasonal treats throughout the ship
Now, for the first time, all of that will be available on Disney Destiny — giving guests a brand-new way to experience the event.
The Disney Destiny is one of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ships, and adding Halloween on the High Seas expands the seasonal lineup even further across the fleet.
With multiple itineraries already scheduled for fall 2026 (including Bahamas and Caribbean sailings) this update gives even more guests the chance to experience one of Disney Cruise Line’s most popular themed events.
