Disney World just dropped a massive new food lineup, and Mickey waffles, churros, frozen drinks, and milkshakes are all getting some pretty wild upgrades.

Come hungry.

Walt Disney World has revealed a huge collection of new treats and drinks coming this fall, spreading across all four theme parks, Disney Springs, Disney Resort hotels, and the water parks.

We’re talking Birthday Cake Mickey waffles, Cookie Butter Mini Churros, a DOLE Whip Pineapple and Churro Sundae, a S’mores Gelato Milkshake, frozen margaritas, new cocktails, and even a family-sized serving of 21 bite-size churros.

Rather than making you hunt through a dozen different menus to find them, we’ve put together the complete lineup and exactly where Disney says each item will be available.

New Pancakes and Mickey Waffles

Disney is giving one of its most iconic breakfasts a makeover, with several new waffle and pancake flavors coming to Disney Resort food courts.

One interesting thing about this breakfast rollout is where Disney is putting it.

These aren’t primarily character breakfast or table-service additions. The new flavors are landing at Value and Moderate Resort food courts, giving guests some more elaborate breakfast choices without needing a dining reservation.

Disney World Is Getting a LOT of New Churros

The churro lineup might be the star of this announcement. Disney is taking the traditional park snack and turning it into everything from filled churros to sundaes, cold brew pairings, and a massive shareable portion.

That Dublin After Dark is certainly one of the more unusual combinations in this entire announcement: coffee liqueur, cold brew, vodka, and Guinness all in one glass.

When Can You Try Everything?

Disney says this new collection of snacks and drinks is rolling out this fall at Walt Disney World. However, Disney did not provide one universal debut date for every item in its announcement, so don’t assume everything will suddenly appear on menus on the same morning.

There are also two specifically announced 2027 additions: the DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae at Happy Landings in Typhoon Lagoon and the Golden Frozen Flame at both Disney Springs Outdoor Vending and Leaning Palms at Typhoon Lagoon. All offerings remain subject to change and availability.

For us, the most interesting part of this announcement isn’t simply the sheer number of new snacks. It’s how widespread they are. Disney isn’t concentrating the rollout around one festival or one theme park. New items are heading to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, and multiple Disney Resort hotels.

So whether you’re heading into the parks or spending a resort day away from them, there’s a good chance something new is landing nearby. Now the only question is whether anyone actually needs 21 churros. We think we know the answer.

Keep checking back with Theme Park Scope as these new Disney World treats begin arriving and we get a closer look at pricing, portion sizes, and which ones are actually worth adding to your snack list.
