Universal Nights just got a whole lot bigger!
After selling out one of its original two dates before the event even launched, Universal Orlando has added three more nights to the Epic Universe after-hours lineup this fall.
The newly added dates are Saturday, October 24th, Friday, November 6th, and Friday, November 20th, joining the originally announced Saturday, October 3rd and Saturday, October 17th. That brings the total to five nights for the event’s debut season, and tickets for October 17th have already sold out…so if that was your date of choice, you’ll need to pivot to one of the four remaining nights.
Universal Nights is Epic Universe’s first dedicated after-hours ticketed event since the park opened back in May 2025, offering limited-capacity nighttime access to all five worlds from 9 PM to midnight. Guests can actually arrive as early as 7 PM to catch Universal Celestial Goodnight, the park’s nighttime show, before the after-hours event officially kicks off. Perks during the event include unlimited berry-flavored Celestial Popcorn and crispy Kimchi Bao over in Celestial Park, plus refills in a provided cup from any Coca-Cola Freestyle location, and character meet-and-greets scattered throughout the night. Tickets run $179.99 plus tax per person across all remaining dates.
The fact that Universal expanded this lineup before the event has even launched once says a lot about how confident the company is in the demand here, and honestly, the timing of these new dates isn’t an accident either. October 24th, November 6th, and November 20th line up closely with Fall Break, Veterans Day weekend, and the lead-up to Thanksgiving, all traditionally some of the busier stretches at Epic Universe. If you’re someone who’s found regular daytime crowds tough to manage during those exact weekends in the past, having a dedicated lower-capacity nighttime alternative available now might genuinely be worth the splurge.
Whether Universal Nights ends up being the kind of event worth the ticket price really comes down to how tightly Universal manages capacity on any given night…a well-controlled cap could make for a genuinely magical, uncrowded evening in the park, while a looser one could end up feeling not all that different from a regular busy day, just compressed into a three-hour window. Since this is the event’s first real season, there’s not much of a track record yet to judge by, but the early sellout on October 17th is at least one solid signal that demand is there.
