Disney is investing even more in its Cast Members and employees.

The company just announced an expansion of its Center for Living Well (CLW) network, adding three brand-new locations on top of its existing facilities.

For anyone unfamiliar, Centers for Living Well are comprehensive advanced primary care centers built specifically to serve Disney Cast Members, employees, and their families. Eric Chaisson, EVP of Total Rewards & Employee Services at The Walt Disney Company, framed the expansion as part of a broader, long-term push to put resources where they’ll make the biggest difference for employees, both now and down the road.

Since launching, the CLW network has been operated in partnership with Premise Health, and it currently includes a health center and pharmacy at EPCOT (open since 2008), a pharmacy in Anaheim (open since 2013), and a health center and pharmacy in Celebration, Florida (open since 2020). The three new additions bring one more Center for Living Well to Central Florida, a new location in Burbank near Disney’s corporate headquarters, and another new center in the Anaheim region.

Beth Ratliff, chief operating officer of Premise Health, spoke about the nearly two-decade partnership, describing Disney as having set “a high standard for their commitment to the health and well-being of its cast members, employees and their families,” and noting that the two companies have built an advanced primary care model designed to make high-quality, personalized healthcare genuinely more accessible.

Convenience is clearly a major focus of this whole model. CLW locations sit close to where employees actually live or work, some offer extended hours, and patients are typically seen within just five minutes of check-in. Many locations combine medical and pharmacy services in one place, offering everything from primary care and lab services to advanced women’s health, physical therapy, behavioral health, medical fitness, nutrition, infusion, and vision care, depending on the site.

As for what’s coming to the new locations specifically: both Burbank and the new Central Florida site will offer primary care, an onsite pharmacy, behavioral health, psychiatry, lab services, care management, and physical therapy. The Central Florida location goes a step further, also adding medical fitness, vision, physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, and nutrition services. Burbank and Central Florida are both targeted to open sometime in 2027, while exact services and timing for the Anaheim location are still being finalized.

This expansion fits into Disney’s broader Total Rewards approach, which spans compensation, benefits, well-being, perks, and professional growth for its workforce. Between the added locations and the expanded service lineup, it’s a pretty significant investment in keeping healthcare accessible for the people actually running the parks day to day.
