Construction walls are finally coming down soon — one popular Disney Springs store now has an official reopening date.
After closing earlier this summer for a major refurbishment, Columbia Sportswear is getting ready to welcome guests back to Disney Springs. The outdoor apparel retailer has been undergoing a significant makeover, and now we know exactly when shoppers will be able to step inside the refreshed location.
Columbia Sportswear has confirmed that its Disney Springs Town Center location will officially reopen on July 24, 2026, following an extensive refurbishment project.
The store has been closed since May 27, when construction walls were installed around the storefront as work began on the renovation. During the closure, signage teased that a “New Look Is Coming Soon!” for the popular retailer.
While the footprint of the store isn’t changing, guests can expect a refreshed shopping experience.
According to construction permits filed for the project, the refurbishment includes:
- A completely new storefront
- Updated lighting throughout the store
- Fresh paint
- New wall finishes
- Updated fixtures and displays
The project is designed to modernize the store while maintaining Columbia’s signature outdoor-inspired atmosphere.
Where Is Columbia Sportswear?
The Columbia Sportswear store is located in the Town Center neighborhood of Disney Springs, between Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill and Sugarboo & Co.
The location carries Columbia’s lineup of outdoor apparel, footwear, accessories, and performance gear, along with popular limited-edition collaborations that have included Disney and Star Wars collections in recent years.
