Disneyland may have just introduced one of its prettiest snacks of the summer.
A brand-new Rainbow Linzer Cookie has arrived at Jolly Holiday Bakery CafĂ© in Disneyland, and it’s already catching the attention of guests thanks to its colorful appearance and sparkling finish.
Priced at $7.49, the treat features two classic shortbread cookies sandwiched together with a layer of strawberry jam in the center. The entire cookie is then coated in white chocolate and decorated with rainbow-colored frosting and shimmering edible sparkles.
And yes — it looks just as magical as it sounds!
While the shortbread itself offers a fairly traditional buttery cookie flavor, the strawberry jam provides a sweet fruit filling that ties everything together. On its own, the jam may lean a bit artificial, but when paired with the rich shortbread and white chocolate coating, the combination creates a much more balanced bite.
Is it the best dessert currently available at Jolly Holiday? Maybe not. But is it one of the most photogenic treats currently sitting in the bakery case? Absolutely.
