Being a Universal Orlando Annual Passholder just got a whole lot tastier.
Universal Orlando Resort has debuted a new collection of exclusive food and beverage offerings available only to Universal Orlando Annual Passholders this summer. The limited-time menu items are part of this year’s Passholder summer perks and will be available from May 23 through August 10, 2026, at select locations throughout the resort.
Passholders can find special menu items at select locations throughout Universal Orlando Resort, including unique snacks, desserts, sandwiches, and specialty beverages created exclusively for UOAP members. Universal recently confirmed that Passholder-exclusive menu items are one of the featured perks being offered during this summer’s Annual Passholder appreciation season.
While supplies last, Passholders can purchase these limited-time offerings by simply showing their valid Annual Pass and asking a Team Member for assistance.
Smoked Beef Brisket Croquette — Bigfire
If you’re looking for something a little more elevated, Bigfire is serving up a Smoked Beef Brisket Croquette exclusively for Universal Orlando Annual Passholders. These crispy, golden-brown croquettes are packed with smoky brisket and served atop a vibrant sauce with fresh toppings for a dish that looks just as impressive as it sounds. This might be the sleeper hit of the entire UOAP menu.
Blueberry Lemonade Doughnut — Voodoo Doughnut
Voodoo Doughnut is bringing the summer vibes with a Blueberry Lemonade Doughnut. This colorful treat features bright blue icing, fresh blueberries, and a sweet-tart flavor combination that screams summertime. If you’re a fan of fruity desserts, this is probably the first UOAP snack you’ll want to track down.
Jerk Chicken Tacos — Bob Marley: A Tribute to Freedom
Over at Bob Marley: A Tribute to Freedom, Passholders can grab Jerk Chicken Tacos loaded with grilled jerk-seasoned chicken and topped with a tropical slaw and fresh garnishes. The dish looks packed with flavor and offers a nice balance of smoky, spicy, and refreshing Caribbean-inspired ingredients.
Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Pizza —–Café 4
Universal is leaning all the way into the snack-food craze with the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Pizza at Café 4. This over-the-top pizza combines melty cheese, chicken, peppers, spicy sauce, and a generous dusting of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos seasoning. It’s bold, messy, and exactly the kind of thing theme park food fans love to try at least once.
Watermelon Salad — TODAY Cafe
Looking for something a little lighter? TODAY Cafe is offering a refreshing Watermelon Salad featuring watermelon, arugula, pickled red onions, feta cheese, and herbs. It feels like the perfect summer dish for those hot Florida afternoons and might be the most refreshing item on this year’s UOAP menu.

The exclusive food lineup joins several other summer Passholder benefits, including dedicated Universal Mega Movie Parade viewing areas, exclusive merchandise offerings, hotel discounts, special photo opportunities, and discounts at Universal’s Great Movie Escape.
