This may be the ONLY time Disney fans will willingly be excited about going through airport security.

Travelers passing through Orlando International Airport (MCO) are now spotting brand-new Toy Story 5-themed TSA security bins featuring Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Bullseye, and several new characters from Pixar’s upcoming sequel. The themed bins recently appeared throughout airport security checkpoints as part of Disney and Pixar’s growing promotional push for Toy Story 5.
The updated security trays still use the standard white TSA-style bin design, but now feature colorful artwork themed to Toy Story 5. The toys appear scattered across the bottom of the bins as though they were tossed into security screening alongside passengers’ belongings.

Characters featured on the bins include Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Bullseye, Atlas, Lilypad, Smarty Pants, and Snappy. The trays also prominently advertise that Toy Story 5 arrives in theaters on June 19, 2026.
Orlando International Airport Is the PERFECT Place for This
Honestly, Disney and Pixar choosing Orlando International Airport for this promotion makes a LOT of sense.
MCO serves as the primary airport gateway for millions of Walt Disney World guests every year, meaning the airport is already filled with Disney fans traveling to and from the parks daily.

And yes — people are already stopping to take photos of the bins while going through security.
The Movie’s New “Tech vs Toys” Storyline Is Front and Center
The themed bins also highlight one of the major storylines for Toy Story 5, which focuses heavily on toys competing against modern technology for children’s attention. The new character Lilypad (frog-shaped tablet device) appears prominently throughout the airport artwork.

According to Pixar’s official synopsis, Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and the rest of Bonnie’s toys struggle as electronic devices begin replacing traditional toys in children’s daily lives.
Director Andrew Stanton has previously described the movie as exploring the idea that “nobody’s really playing with toys anymore.” A TSA security bin may weirdly be the perfect place to market a movie about technology taking over our lives.
Disney Is Going ALL IN on Toy Story 5 Marketing
The airport bins are just one part of Disney and Pixar’s rapidly expanding Toy Story 5 marketing campaign.
In recent weeks, Disney has also rolled out new trailers, movie theater collectibles, merchandise collections, airline partnerships, theme park tie-ins, Pizza Planet pop-up experiences, and new character reveals.

Orlando International Airport has not yet confirmed how long the themed bins will remain in use, but reports suggest they’ll likely stay through at least the movie’s summer release window.
We’ll continue following all the latest Toy Story 5 updates, Pixar news, Disney movie promotions, Orlando International Airport additions, and Disney entertainment announcements, so be sure to check back soon for more Disney news.
