Epic Universe’s first anniversary celebration is officially starting to take over the park.

Universal Orlando has begun installing brand-new “One Epic Year” signage throughout Epic Universe for the park’s first anniversary celebration on May 22, and these displays look BEAUTIFUL!
One of the new signs now visible around the park features a glowing image of the Chronos tower at the entrance to Epic Universe alongside large gold lettering that reads: ONE EPIC YEAR.

The signage also includes decorative gold celestial-inspired borders that perfectly match the overall aesthetic of Celestial Park and the park’s cosmic design language.
The new display appears on digital information kiosks throughout the park and serves as one of the clearest signs yet that Universal is fully leaning into Epic Universe’s anniversary celebration this week.

Another new anniversary-themed visual can be spotted inside one of the Epic Universe merchandise locations. The massive circular display features a glowing red and orange celestial backdrop with a large archer-style figure pulling back a bow beneath the “One Epic Year” moniker.

The artwork uses deep cosmic reds, oranges, and golds with celestial iconography, including stars, moons, and constellation-inspired accents that feel very on-brand for the park’s mythology-inspired storytelling.
Universal seems to be treating this anniversary as a pretty major milestone and rightfully so!
Over the past several days, Universal has also teased MORE offerings ahead of its EPIC one-year celebration, including new anniversary merchandise, special LUG collaborations, updated displays around Celestial Park, additional “One Epic Year” branding, new character meet and greets, and more merchandise offerings themed to all five worlds ahead of the May 22 anniversary date.

Universal has not yet announced the full scope of anniversary entertainment or offerings, but the growing amount of signage and merchandise appearing around the park strongly suggests there could still be more surprises on the way.
Seeing Epic Universe already celebrating its first year feels a little surreal considering how long fans waited for this park to finally open.
