Disney just made another noticeable change to Soarin’ at EPCOT.
After recently adding the patriotic red, white, and blue wrap to the attraction’s exterior, Disney has now officially updated the entrance signage for Soarin’ at EPCOT by adding “Across America” to the bottom of the marquee.
Guests visiting The Land pavilion today noticed that Disney has added new “Across America” lettering directly beneath the main Soarin’ sign at the attraction entrance.
The patriotic-themed exterior wrap was already installed recently, as Disney temporarily brought back Soarin’ Over California’s successor, Soarin’ Across America, to EPCOT. But until now, the signage itself still simply read “Soarin’” without referencing the current film version playing inside the attraction.
Now, the updated marquee fully reflects the attraction’s temporary return to the America-focused flight experience. It gives the entrance a VERY nostalgic EPCOT feel.
Soarin’ Across America Recently Returned to EPCOT
Disney recently swapped Soarin’ Around the World for Soarin’ Across America as part of a limited-time summer offering at EPCOT.
The attraction once again takes guests soaring over iconic United States landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Monument Valley, the Chicago skyline, Mount Rushmore, Yosemite National Park, Washington, D.C., and EPCOT finale scenes.
Fans have also been especially excited about the return of the original Jerry Goldsmith score and several classic ride elements associated with earlier versions of the attraction.
The addition of the new “Across America” wording is the latest visible update Disney has made to the attraction during the temporary overlay.
Recent changes have included patriotic banner wraps, red, white, and blue exterior graphics, updated promotional signage, and attraction entrance updates.
The refreshed look now more closely resembles the attraction’s classic American-themed identity that longtime EPCOT fans remember from earlier years. Many Disney fans online are loving the nostalgic atmosphere.
Fans Are Already Wondering How Long It Will Stay
Disney has not officially announced how long Soarin’ Across America will remain at EPCOT before Soarin’ Around the World eventually returns.
But between the updated signage, refreshed exterior, and strong fan response, the temporary overlay already feels MUCH more substantial than a quick seasonal swap.
