Disney’s newest Hollywood Studios stage show looks WAY more elaborate than many fans expected.

Disney has officially shared the first look inside Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! ahead of the show’s debut on May 26 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and this feels MUCH bigger than a simple replacement for the old Disney Junior Dance Party!
The brand-new stage production will officially debut May 26, 2026, inside the reimagined Walt Disney Studios Courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Disney describes the experience as a 20-minute interactive stage show inspired by the hugely popular Mickey Mouse Clubhouse franchise and the newer Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+ series.
According to Disney, the show follows Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse as they welcome guests to Mickey’s house for a big party. But when Goofy, Daisy, and Pluto fail to arrive, Mickey and Minnie set off on a road trip adventure to find their missing friends before the celebration can begin.

And the entire thing looks MUCH more theatrical than many Disney fans were expecting!
The New Show Features Large Sets, LED Screens, and Interactive Effects
Preview photos and video released by Disney show a colorful stage production filled with oversized scenic elements, giant LED video walls, theatrical lighting effects, projection mapping, and multiple interactive dance moments for younger guests.

The show appears to heavily recreate the bright, cartoony visual style of the animated series, complete with:
- Mickey’s Clubhouse-inspired scenery
- Large digital backgrounds
- Moving stage elements
- Bright Disney Jr.-style lighting
- Interactive audience participation moments
- Dance-along sequences for kids
Disney also confirmed the production includes original songs alongside familiar music from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse universe.
And yes, based on the preview footage, there is LOTS of dancing!

The production stars Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Daisy Duck, and Pluto throughout the performance as guests help Mickey and Minnie search for their missing friends before the big finale celebration.
Showtimes are expected daily at 10:15 AM, 11:05 AM, 11:55 AM
12:45 PM, 2:35 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:20 PM, and finally at
5:10 PM with an expected runtime of 20 minutes.
Disney says the show was specifically designed to encourage younger kids to sing, dance, clap, and participate directly with the characters during the performance.
And truth be told, this may end up becoming one of the busiest kid-focused offerings at Hollywood Studios this summer.
The Show Is Part of Disney’s Larger Courtyard Reimagining
Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! is one of several major additions debuting inside the newly reimagined Walt Disney Studios Courtyard area at Hollywood Studios.

The updated area also includes the returning Sorcerer Hat, new Burbank-inspired studio theming, expanded courtyard pathways, the upcoming Magic of Disney Animation experience, and new Disney Jr. offerings and play areas.
Disney recently removed major construction walls around the courtyard, allowing guests to begin exploring portions of the newly reimagined area for the first time.
Lightning Lane Access Has Already Been Added
Ahead of the official opening, Disney has already added Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! to the Lightning Lane Multi Pass lineup at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The show will be classified as a Tier 2 Lightning Lane selection alongside attractions and entertainment offerings, including:
- Toy Story Mania
- Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
- Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
- The Little Mermaid — A Musical Adventure
And that alone may be a sign Disney expects VERY high demand from families once the show officially opens.
