Two major Disney attractions are opening soon, and some guests will get to experience BOTH before anyone else.
As Walt Disney World gears up for a big summer of new (and returning) experiences, Disney has officially announced preview opportunities for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets and Soarin’ Across America, and if you’re a Disney Vacation Club Member or Annual Passholder, you’ll definitely want to pay attention.
Because yes…early access is on the table.
Before its official debut, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets will offer preview opportunities for select guests — giving them a first look at the reimagined attraction ahead of its grand opening on May 26, 2026.
Disney has confirmed previews will be available for:
- Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members
- Walt Disney World Annual Passholders
These previews will take place May 21 through May 23, 2026, offering a limited window to experience the attraction early.
Unlike opening day, previews will use a virtual queue system.
Guests hoping to ride will need to:
- Join a virtual queue (boarding group required)
- Wait for their group to be called
- Follow standard virtual queue procedures
This is a key difference from the attraction’s official opening, where a virtual queue will not be used.
Over at EPCOT, another fan-favorite is preparing to return, and it’s also getting preview access.
Soarin’ Across America will officially reopen on May 26, 2026, but Annual Passholders can ride early during a short preview window.

- May 19 and May 20, 2026
How to Ride
This preview will NOT use a virtual queue.
Instead:
- Guests can enter EPCOT during normal park hours
- Head to the attraction
- Join the standby line (subject to availability and capacity)
This makes it a more flexible (but potentially busier) preview experience.
These preview opportunities highlight two very different strategies:
- 🎸 Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster previews = Virtual Queue required
- ✈️ Soarin’ Across America previews = Standby line access
Both attractions officially open to all guests on May 26, 2026, making these previews the only chance to experience them early.
If you’re a DVC Member or Annual Passholder, this is your chance to get ahead of the crowds and experience two major Disney attractions before their official debut.
But with limited dates, different access systems, and high demand…planning ahead will be key.
