The Bay Cove Pool at Disney’s Contemporary Resort has officially reopened following a refurbishment that began earlier this year.
The pool (located at Bay Lake Tower) had been closed since January 26, 2026, along with its nearby amenities, including the whirlpool spa, water play area, and Cove Bar.
The closure lasted through early May as part of routine maintenance and updates, with Disney keeping nearby pool options open for guests during the downtime.
Now, the full area is back in operation.
The Bay Cove Pool features:
- A 148-foot-long waterslide
- Zero-depth entry (perfect for families)
- A dedicated water play area
- The Cove Bar for poolside drinks and snacks
It’s also exclusive to guests staying at Bay Lake Tower and Disney Vacation Club members, making it a quieter, more relaxed option compared to the main feature pool.
