If you’ve been waiting for your chance to experience the ultimate Star Wars fan event, this is your moment.

Star Wars Celebration 2027 has officially revealed new details — including key art, ticket information, and a closer look at what fans can expect when the event returns to Los Angeles.
Star Wars Celebration 2027 will take place in Los Angeles from April 1 through April 4, 2027. The massive fan convention will bring together fans from around the world for four days of panels, announcements, merchandise, and immersive experiences celebrating everything from the films to Disney+ series.
This year’s event is especially significant, as it will mark the 50th anniversary of the original Star Wars film, making it one of the most anticipated Celebrations to date.
Disney and Lucasfilm have also unveiled the official key art for the event, and it’s a clear tribute to Star Wars history.

The artwork is inspired by the iconic original poster style created by legendary artist Tom Jung, blending classic storytelling with a modern Celebration twist. At the center of the artwork are familiar heroes, including Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, R2-D2, and C-3PO, all framed against a stylized version of Los Angeles featuring a Star Wars-inspired Hollywood sign.
The image doesn’t stop there — looming above the city skyline are some of the saga’s most iconic elements, including Darth Vader, the Death Star, TIE fighters, and X-wing starfighters, reinforcing the scale and legacy of the franchise.
It’s a visual celebration of Star Wars history, perfectly fitting for a 50th anniversary milestone.
Alongside the key art reveal, Disney and Lucasfilm confirmed that tickets for Star Wars Celebration 2027 will officially go on sale on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
Fans will be able to purchase both standard event admission tickets as well as preferred hotel packages, giving attendees the chance to fully immerse themselves in the Celebration experience from start to finish.
Given the popularity of past events, demand is expected to be extremely high, meaning fans will likely want to act quickly once sales open.
While full programming details have not yet been announced, Star Wars Celebration is known for delivering some of the biggest moments in the franchise each time it returns.
Attendees can typically expect major film and series announcements, exclusive panels featuring cast and creators, behind-the-scenes presentations, and a massive exhibitor hall filled with merchandise and interactive experiences.
Additional details (including guest announcements, exclusive collectibles, and special programming) are expected to be revealed closer to the ticket sale date.
