Universal just revealed something WILD!

If you thought Minion Land couldn’t get any more chaotic…think again.

Universal just dropped brand-new concept art for an upcoming land at its highly anticipated Universal Kids Resort, and let’s just say — things are about to get very splashy!

But this isn’t just another Minions area… this is an all-out battle.

According to new details, “Minions vs. Minions: Bello Bay Club” will be one of the featured lands inside Universal Kids Resort, a brand-new park designed specifically for younger guests and families, set to open in 2026.

And actually, this might be one of the most interactive theme park lands Universal has ever built!

The concept centers around a hilarious (and slightly chaotic) conflict between the classic Yellow Minions and their mischievous Purple counterparts. Guests will step right into the middle of the action — with water blasters, splash zones, and unexpected water effects bringing the whole area to life.

Oh, yes…you WILL get wet.

At the heart of the land is the Bello Bay Cruise, a water-based attraction that looks like it’ll deliver plenty of soak-worthy moments, along with the Bello Bay Golf Cart Derby, a more family-friendly spinning ride experience.

But it doesn’t stop at rides.

This land is leaning HARD into immersive play. Kids (and let’s be real, adults too) can run through splash pads, interact with water features, and fully engage in the Minion mayhem happening all around them.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a Universal land without snacks and merch. Expect themed treats at Bello Bay Bites and the chance to literally “pick a side” with Team Yellow or Team Purple gear at the retail location.

Universal Kids Resort will feature seven fully themed lands, including areas inspired by Shrek, SpongeBob SquarePants, Jurassic World, and Trolls — all designed with younger audiences in mind and packed with interactive elements.

But what’s really standing out here is the shift in design philosophy.

This isn’t just about rides; it’s about play! Between water battles, sensory areas, and hands-on experiences, Universal is clearly building something that feels less like a traditional theme park and more like a living playground.

That might honestly be exactly what families are looking for right now.

Keep following along for more Universal Kids Resort updates, construction news, and first looks at what could be one of the most unique theme parks we’ve seen in years!
