The Walt Disney Company has announced its Earth Month 2026 celebration, led by National Geographic, continuing its global campaign focused on environmental storytelling and conservation.

The initiative builds on Disney and National Geographic’s ongoing “ourHOME” campaign, which aims to inspire audiences to connect with and protect the natural world through content and experiences.

Throughout April, the campaign will include a mix of:

  • New documentary releases and programming
  • Streaming collections on Disney+
  • Digital and experiential activations
  • Spotlights on global conservation efforts

A key component of this year’s celebration is new content tied to Earth Day (April 22).

Disney+ is set to debut new nature-focused programming, including the original film Orangutan, which will provide a closer look at wildlife and environmental challenges.

In addition to new releases, Disney+ will feature a curated Earth Month collection, bringing together National Geographic series and Disneynature films that highlight ecosystems, wildlife, and environmental storytelling.

Beyond streaming, the campaign also emphasizes Disney’s broader environmental efforts.
