Christmas is officially in full swing at Hallmark, and this year’s holiday celebration has a little extra Disney magic!

Hallmark has revealed more details about its 2026 holiday lineup, featuring new Countdown to Christmas movies, collectible Keepsake Ornaments, festive shopping experiences, and special holiday events. But for Disney fans, there’s one announcement that really stands out: Hallmark’s upcoming Walt Disney World Christmas movie will receive an exclusive extended cut on Hallmark+! And with the film premiering Thanksgiving weekend, we won’t have to wait much longer to experience Christmas at Disney World from the comfort of home.

Disney World’s First Hallmark Christmas Movie Gets an Extended Cut!

One of Hallmark’s biggest holiday releases this year is Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, an original Christmas movie filmed at Walt Disney World Resort. The film stars Lacey Chabert and Travis Van Winkle and follows Lindsey, who travels to Walt Disney World with her extended family for a magical Christmas vacation.

Unfortunately, her holiday plans take an unexpected turn when she discovers that Philip, a disastrous first date from her recent past, is staying right next door! As their paths continue crossing throughout the resort, the two begin to discover that they might have more in common than they initially thought.

And thanks to a special wish Lindsey makes at Cinderella Fountain, a little Disney magic might just turn their holiday rivalry into romance. Here’s when you can watch:

  • Hallmark Channel premiere: Saturday, November 28, 2026
  • Premiere time: 8 PM ET / 7 PM CT
  • Hallmark+ streaming premiere: Sunday, November 29, 2026
  • Special bonus: An exclusive extended cut on Hallmark+

The extended version is a particularly fun addition for fans who want to see even more of the movie’s Disney World setting. Hallmark has not yet shared how much additional footage will be included or which scenes will be exclusive to the extended cut.

Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas Features 34 Original Movies

The Disney World collaboration is just one part of Hallmark’s enormous Christmas celebration. The network’s 17th annual Countdown to Christmas features 34 original holiday movies, with new premieres scheduled throughout the season. From romantic Christmas stories to family-focused holiday adventures, the lineup offers plenty of options for fans who enjoy making Hallmark movies part of their seasonal traditions.

Hallmark+ subscribers can also enjoy next-day streaming access to participating premieres, alongside additional membership benefits. And if you’re planning to watch Holiday Ever After, it’s worth remembering that the Hallmark+ version will include that exclusive extended cut.

Hallmark’s Holiday Ever After Pop-Up Is NOW OPEN at Disney Springs!

Disney fans don’t have to wait until November 28 to celebrate the movie! The Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up at Disney Springs officially opened October 7, bringing a festive collection of merchandise inspired by Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True to Walt Disney World.

Located in the Town Center area of Disney Springs, the limited-time shop features a variety of Disney and Hallmark holiday products, including:

  • Disney-themed Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments
  • Christmas greeting cards and gift wrap
  • Festive pajamas, apparel, and accessories
  • Holiday home décor and gifts
  • Collaborations featuring Loungefly, Vera Bradley, Spirit Jersey, and Corkcicle

The collection incorporates familiar Disney Parks imagery, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, and seasonal designs inspired by the upcoming movie. Select merchandise is also available through Hallmark, Disney Parks, and participating retailers. No Walt Disney World theme park ticket is required to visit the Disney Springs pop-up, making it an easy stop for guests visiting the resort during the holiday season.

NEW Keepsake Ornaments and Christmas Collectibles

Hallmark is also celebrating the season with its latest collection of Keepsake Ornaments. The 2026 lineup includes new character designs, nostalgic favorites, and ornaments celebrating meaningful milestones.

Disney fans have plenty of options, including ornaments inspired by Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and favorite Disney Parks experiences. One particularly adorable addition is the Mickey and Minnie Jolly Gingerbread House ornament, which arrived during Hallmark’s October 10 Ornament Debut.

Hallmark has also announced that enrollment for the 2027 Keepsake Ornament Club opens November 4, 2026, giving collectors an opportunity to sign up for next year’s membership benefits. For anyone who loves decorating a Disney-themed Christmas tree, this year’s collection offers plenty of inspiration!

Hallmark Christmas Experience Returns to Kansas City

Beyond the movies and merchandise, Hallmark is bringing back its in-person holiday celebration. The Hallmark Christmas Experience returns to Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri, for four weekends beginning November 27. The event features holiday activities, workshops, festive entertainment, and opportunities to see Hallmark stars. Actor Jonathan Bennett is scheduled to host all four weekends.

It’s another example of how Hallmark is expanding its Christmas celebrations beyond television and into experiences fans can enjoy in person.

My Take

I have to say, I’m especially excited about the extended cut of Holiday Ever After! As someone who loves Disney World at Christmas, the idea of watching a Hallmark romance actually filmed around the resort sounds like the perfect cozy holiday movie night. And knowing there’s going to be additional footage on Hallmark+ makes me even more curious. I’m really hoping some of those extra scenes feature more of the parks, decorations, and little Disney details that fans will recognize immediately!

I also love how Hallmark has turned this collaboration into something guests can experience beyond the movie. Being able to shop the collection at Disney Springs, pick up a special ornament, and then watch the film at home makes the whole partnership feel like one big holiday celebration. If there’s one thing Disney and Hallmark both know how to do, it’s make Christmas feel extra magical!
