Okay, barbecue lovers, grab a napkin, because The Polite Pig at Disney Springs just shook up its menu.

Disney Springs

As of October 14, 2026, there’s a round of price increases, a few new additions, and a long list of items that didn’t make the cut. I’ve gone through all of it so you don’t have to.

Let’s start with the good news, the new stuff. There’s a brand new JalapeƱo Cheddar Sausage under From The Smoker for $18, served with a porter mustard glaze, jalapeƱo cornbread, polite slaw, and a choice of market side. It replaces the BBQ Cheddar Brats, and honestly, jalapeƱo cheddar plus cornbread is a combination I can get behind. There’s also a Polite Pig RosĆ© from Lapostolle in Chile for $27, and a Seasonal Dessert for $8.

Now for the price changes, which touch nearly every part of the menu. Here’s the breakdown, because this is one of those times a list really helps.

  • Kids’ meals: all five options go from $9 to $11 (BBQ Meatballs, Chicken Tenders, Mac and Cheese, Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast, and Smoked Pork Slider)
  • From The Smoker: Butcher Board for two goes from $44 to $48, Cedar Plank Salmon from $26 to $28, Layla’s Ribs from $26 to $28, Smoked Turkey Breast from $18 to $19, and USDA Prime Brisket from $22 to $23
  • Sandwiches: Fried Chicken goes from $13 to $15, Smoked Chicken Salad Wrap from $12 to $14, Smoked Turkey BLT from $13 to $15, Southern Pig from $13 to $14, and Low & Slow Brisket from $15 to $16
  • Shareables: Hop Salt Pretzel goes from $10 to $11 and the Slider Trio from $18 to $19
  • Salad add-ons: Salmon on the Chipotle Cobb and Polite Caesar go from $11 to $12
  • Beverages: sodas go from $3.50 to $4 and bottled water from $3 to $3.50
  • Beer: Bud Light goes from $22 to $25 and High Noon from $5 to $7
  • Cocktails: six Small Batch Cocktails (Grapefruit Margarita, Polite Mule, Polite Punch, Sangria, Vodka Lemonade and Whiskey Sour) go from $29 to $32 for a pitcher, and single glasses go from $12 to $13

If you’re doing the math for a family, the kids’ meals are the big one. A $2 bump on every kid’s plate adds up quickly when you’re feeding a table of little ones, and the Butcher Board is now $48 for two. Most of the other changes are in the $1 to $2 range, so it’s not a total shock, but it all stacks up once you add drinks and dessert. If you’re trying to stretch your dining dollars, sharing a Butcher Board or splitting sides could be a smart move.

The whiskey flights got a shake-up too, and this is where it gets interesting. Two of them actually got cheaper.

  • Florida Flight: Palm Ridge Reserve swapped out for Manifest Rye, and the price drops from $24 to $22
  • Polite Flight: Eagle Rare replaced by 1792 Small Batch, with no price change
  • Refined Flight: Horse Soldier Small Batch replaced by Blanton’s Single Barrel, and the price rises from $26 to $27
  • Rye Flight: Whistle Pig Private Barrel replaced by Whistle Pig Piggyback Rye, and the price drops from $25 to $21

On the wine list, the house red goes from Freakshow Cabernet to Textbook Cabernet, both from California, and the house white moves from Rainstorm Pinot Gris to Dough Pinot Gris, both from Oregon.

Now, the not-so-fun part: what’s gone. The menu loses BBQ Cheddar Brats (replaced by that new sausage), Smoked Black Drum Fish, Smoked Mahi-Mahi with Summer Vegetable Ragout, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet Cake, and Sweet Potato Spice Cake. On the drink side, the seasonal Berry Scary Bourbon Smash is out, along with the Mesquite Margarita, Old Fashioned Remedy, Tropical Spice Fusion, Saison de Cochon, Stella Artois and Trucks and Trains Pale Ale.

A couple of things stand out here. With both smoked fish options gone, Cedar Plank Salmon is now the only non-meat protein in the smoker section. If you’re traveling with someone who doesn’t eat meat, that’s worth knowing before you book. And the dessert section got a lot smaller. Three options are gone, and only the new Seasonal Dessert is taking their place, so say goodbye to Key Lime Pie and Red Velvet Cake.

I’ll say it plainly. Nobody loves a price bump, but I do think it’s worth looking at the whole picture. A lot of these increases are a dollar or two; there’s a new sausage that sounds delicious, and a couple of the whiskey flights got cheaper. That’s a fair trade for a spot that has always felt like a relaxed, hearty break from the park-day rush.

What I’ll miss is the dessert lineup. Key Lime Pie and Red Velvet Cake were easy, crowd-pleasing finishes, and a single seasonal dessert feels like a gamble. I’m also curious what that seasonal dessert will be. If it’s good, I’m happy to be proven wrong.

My plan? Order the JalapeƱo Cheddar Sausage, share a Butcher Board with the table, and see what that seasonal dessert is all about.
