Runners heading to this year’s runDisney Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend just got their first real look at what they’ll be able to bring home…

…and runDisney clearly put some thought into tying this year’s merchandise to the actual storylines behind each race.
The 2026 runDisney Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend runs October 22 through 25, with the overall weekend built around the tastes and tales of World Showcase countries. Each individual race gets its own themed storyline this year rather than a single shared design slapped across every distance. The Wine and Dine 5K leans into The Aristocats, giving runners a charming, Parisian-inspired start to the weekend. The 10K ties into the Three Caballeros, pulling in a Mexico pavilion connection through Panchito. And the headline event, the 13.1-mile half marathon itself, centers on Mary Poppins, giving the weekend’s main race a whimsical, classic Disney feel and what runDisney is calling a practically perfect medal for anyone who crosses that finish line.

On the merchandise side, finisher shirts and tanks for each race feature the main characters tied to that race’s theme, including Marie from The Aristocats, Panchito from the Three Caballeros, a penguin representing Mary Poppins, and Grumpy rounding out the lineup. Each finisher shirt carries the phrase “I Did It” printed on the front, which is exactly the kind of simple, satisfying detail that makes these shirts worth actually wearing again after race weekend rather than shoving them in a drawer.

Runners tackling the Two Course Challenge, which combines the 10K and the half marathon into one combined achievement, get their own dedicated finisher shirt separate from the individual race designs.

There’s also a weekend-wide design meant to represent the full event rather than any single race: a blue zip-up jacket featuring character art along the sleeves, and a red shirt that brings all four characters, Marie, Panchito, the penguin, and Grumpy, together around a design inspired by Spaceship Earth. Matching pins are also available for each race distance, along with a wine-red colored mug and a packable tote bag, both solid options for runners who want a souvenir that isn’t apparel.

Beyond the race-specific gear, runDisney is also rolling out a round of generic branded merchandise in a blue and green colorway, including a tank top, a t-shirt, a Mickey Mouse plush, and a water bottle. For runners who want something a little more elevated for cooler October mornings, there’s also a shiny zip-up jacket and a sparkly pullover, both done in dark blue tones, along with a quarter-zip for anyone who prefers lighter layering.
If you’re planning to shop for any of this merchandise in person, it’s worth knowing how the process actually works this year. Guests shopping for race weekend merchandise, or for the runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes also available at the expo, need to join a virtual queue on the first day of the Health and Fitness Expo, which runs October 22 through 24. Club runDisney Platinum and Gold members get early access to the merchandise shop and the Brooks shoe lineup without needing to join that virtual queue at all, with Platinum members getting the earliest window, from 7:00 to 8:30 AM.

It’s a nice bit of event history worth knowing, too: Wine and Dine has been part of the runDisney lineup since 2010, originally held in November before eventually shifting into its current October slot alongside the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. That pairing is exactly why this event has leaned so heavily into World Showcase theming over the years, since runners finish right in the middle of a festival built around food, drink, and culture from around the world.
If you’re registered for any of this year’s races, it’s worth deciding ahead of time which pieces you actually want, since expo merchandise has a well-earned reputation for selling out of popular sizes fast, especially anything tied to a specific race theme rather than the generic branded lineup. Given how distinct each race’s character theme is this year, don’t assume you’ll be able to grab everything on race morning.
We’ll keep sharing updates as more Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend details get released, so check back with Theme Park Scope before you head to the expo.
