“It’s time to play the music, it’s time to light the lights…” because the Muppets are taking over Disney’s Hollywood Studios once again!

Disney

If you’re a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, you’ll want to make plans to visit Disney’s Hollywood Studios soon. Disney has officially announced a brand-new collection of limited-time Muppets-themed Passholder perks, and they include everything from an exclusive Kermit the Frog magnet to special snacks, Magic Shots, and more.

The celebration arrives just a few months after the opening of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, giving Passholders yet another reason to spend the day at Hollywood Studios.

Here’s everything you’ll be able to experience.

Disney World Annual Passholders Are Getting a NEW Kermit Magnet

Leading the celebration is Disney’s newest complimentary Annual Passholder magnet featuring none other than Kermit the Frog.

Passholders can pick up the limited-edition magnet beginning August 11 through September 24, 2026, at Mickey Shorts Theater inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios during regular park hours. A valid Annual Pass and government-issued photo ID are required to receive one magnet per Passholder while supplies last.

Disney confirmed that Mickey Shorts Theater will temporarily close beginning August 9 to prepare the space for magnet distribution before reopening exclusively for Passholder pickup on August 11.

Considering Disney magnets have become highly collectible over the years, this one is almost certain to become another fan favorite.

More Limited-Time Muppets Perks Are Coming to Hollywood Studios

The Kermit magnet isn’t the only exclusive offering.

Disney is also bringing several additional Passholder experiences to Disney’s Hollywood Studios during the promotion, giving Muppets fans plenty of reasons to spend a day in the park.

Annual Passholders can enjoy:

  • An exclusive Muppets-themed Disney PhotoPass Magic Shot

  • Additional Passholder-exclusive experiences available throughout the promotion period

Disney says more details about the specialty menu item and PhotoPass experience will be released closer to the event.

The timing couldn’t be more fitting.

The Muppets have become one of Disney’s biggest park stories over the past year following the debut of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, which opened earlier this year at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The new coaster helped usher the beloved characters back into a major park attraction, and now Disney is continuing that momentum with a celebration centered around Kermit and friends.

For longtime Disney fans who still miss Muppet*Vision 3D, seeing the Muppets continue to receive new park experiences is welcome news.

Kermit and Fozzy

If you’re hoping to grab the magnet, don’t wait until the last minute.

Although Disney has stated that the promotion runs through September 24, magnets are only available while supplies last, and previous Passholder magnets have occasionally proven extremely popular.

You’ll also want to keep an eye on Disney’s announcements for additional details about:

  • The exclusive specialty food item
  • The PhotoPass Magic Shot location
  • Any additional surprise Passholder offerings that may be announced before August 11

Disney has continued expanding the value of its Annual Pass program throughout 2026, with exclusive magnets, seasonal treats, PhotoPass experiences, lounges, merchandise discounts, and limited-time entertainment offerings.

The latest Muppets celebration adds another fun reason to visit Disney’s Hollywood Studios this fall — especially for longtime fans of Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Fozzie, and the rest of the gang.
