Universal Orlando just introduced a ticket that could keep Florida residents returning to the parks for nearly the rest of 2026!

Theme park tickets can add up quickly, especially for local guests who enjoy visiting Universal Orlando Resort more than once throughout the year. Now, Universal has launched a new Florida resident ticket offer that provides months of unlimited visits for one set price, but there are some important restrictions guests need to know before purchasing it.

Here is everything included with Universal Orlando’s new 2-Park Unlimited Days Park-to-Park Florida Resident Promo Ticket, including its price, expiration date, eligible parks, residency requirements, seasonal event access, and which Universal Orlando destinations are not included.

Florida residents can now purchase a 2-Park Unlimited Days Park-to-Park Florida Resident Promo Ticket for $199 plus tax.

The promotional Universal Orlando ticket provides unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure from the date of purchase through December 16th, 2026. Guests can visit the participating theme parks as often as they would like during the ticket’s valid period.

Unlike a one-park-per-day ticket, this offer includes Park-to-Park access. That means eligible ticket holders can move between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure on the same day.

Park-to-Park admission also allows guests to ride the Hogwarts Express, which travels between Hogsmeade in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Islands of Adventure and Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida.

What Is Included With the Universal Orlando Ticket?

The $199 Florida resident ticket includes repeated access to more than 60 attractions and themed experiences across Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.

That includes experiences throughout The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, along with attractions such as Jurassic World VelociCoaster and other rides, shows, character experiences, and entertainment offered during regular park hours.

Universal describes the offer as one ticket with “unlimited days,” allowing Florida residents to visit during the summer, fall, and part of the holiday season.

The ticket is valid now through December 16th, 2026, although theme park operating hours, attractions, entertainment, and other offerings remain subject to availability and operational changes.

Universal Orlando Holiday Events Are Included

The new Universal Orlando unlimited-visits ticket can also be used during seasonal events and entertainment that are included with regular theme park admission.

Universal Orlando’s 2026 holiday celebration is scheduled to begin on November 14th, 2026. Included holiday experiences are expected to feature:

• Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
• Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s
• The Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular
• Additional seasonal entertainment and offerings

Because the ticket remains valid through December 16th, Florida residents can use it to experience several weeks of Universal Orlando’s holiday festivities without purchasing a separate daytime theme park ticket for each visit.

Halloween Horror Nights Is Not Included

There is one major seasonal event that is not covered by the ticket.

Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event, so admission is not included with the 2-Park Unlimited Days Florida Resident Ticket.

Guests planning to attend Halloween Horror Nights will still need to purchase a separate event ticket. The Florida resident promotional ticket may be used for regular daytime admission to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, but it does not provide entry to the parks’ separately ticketed events.

Epic Universe and Volcano Bay Are Also Not Included

The new $199 Universal Orlando ticket only includes admission to two theme parks:

• Universal Studios Florida
• Universal Islands of Adventure

The ticket does not include admission to Universal Epic Universe or the Universal Volcano Bay water theme park.

Guests who want to visit Epic Universe or Volcano Bay will need to purchase separate admission or select another Universal Orlando ticket product that includes those parks.

Who Qualifies for the Florida Resident Ticket?

The promotional ticket is exclusively available to qualifying Florida residents.

Guests who are 18 years old or older must provide valid proof of Florida residency. Accepted forms of identification reported with the offer include:

• A valid Florida driver’s license
• A Florida state-issued identification card
• A Florida voter registration card
• A valid college identification card from a Florida college or university

Universal may require guests to verify their residency before using the ticket, so ticket holders should bring the required identification with them when visiting the resort.

The Unlimited Ticket Must Be Purchased Online

The 2-Park Unlimited Days Florida Resident Ticket is not available for purchase at the Universal Orlando theme park front gates.

Eligible guests must purchase the promotional ticket online. Universal also notes that restrictions apply, and ticket prices, availability, and promotional terms could change.

Before completing a purchase, guests should carefully review Universal Orlando’s full terms and conditions and confirm that everyone in their party can provide the necessary proof of Florida residency.

Florida Residents Can Also Save on Universal Hotels

Florida residents interested in turning their theme park visits into a staycation may also be able to save up to 25% on rooms at participating Universal Orlando Resort hotels.

Universal Orlando currently operates 11 hotels across multiple pricing categories. Depending on the hotel and offer selected, onsite guests may receive resort benefits such as complimentary transportation and Early Park Admission to a designated theme park on eligible dates. Hotel discounts, eligible travel dates, room types, and availability may vary.

A Separate After-Hours Event Is Coming to Epic Universe

Although Epic Universe is not included with the unlimited-days Florida resident ticket, Universal is also preparing to hold a separate limited-capacity evening event at the park.

Universal Nights at Epic Universe is scheduled to take place on October 3rd and October 17th, 2026. Tickets are expected to go on sale on August 13th, 2026.

The separately ticketed event will run from 9 PM through midnight and is priced at $179 plus tax per person, per event night, for guests ages 3 and older.

The event is expected to provide access to attractions and experiences across Epic Universe’s five themed worlds, along with character meet-and-greets, complimentary Coca-Cola beverages, and unlimited select snacks.

Reported food items include berry-flavored Celestial Popcorn and Kimchi Bao in Celestial Park.

Universal Nights at Epic Universe is an entirely separate ticket product and should not be confused with the $199 Florida resident unlimited-visits offer.
