We recently visited LEVEL99 at Disney Springs, and I can honestly say this is the best attraction that has ever occupied this building.

Before LEVEL99, this location was home to NBA Experience, and before that, the legendary DisneyQuest. We’ve visited both.
To be honest, NBA Experience felt like a “once is enough” attraction. DisneyQuest was definitely fun for its time; it wasn’t somewhere we found ourselves wanting to visit over and over again.
LEVEL99, however, is in a completely different league.
Out of every attraction that’s been in this building, it’s easily our favorite.
What is LEVEL99?

LEVEL99 is an interactive entertainment venue featuring more than 60 challenge rooms where you compete against the clock to earn points.
Each room contains a different challenge that lasts just a few minutes before you’re off to the next one.
The games range from:
- Physical obstacle challenges
- Teamwork-based games
- Puzzle and strategy challenges
- Memory and logic games
If we had to describe it in one sentence, We’d say:
Imagine a real-life version of American Ninja Warrior inside an arcade.

That’s honestly the closest comparison I can think of.
Since every game only takes a few minutes, you’re constantly moving from one challenge to the next, and it never gets repetitive.
Pricing

Admission is based on how long you’d like to play.
- 1.5 Hours — Starting at $29.99
- 2.5 Hours — Starting at $39.99
Prices vary depending on the day, with weekends costing a little more.
If you decide you’re having too much fun to leave, you can also extend your visit by one hour for around $20.
After trying it ourselves, We’d personally recommend choosing the 2.5-hour option.
The 1.5-hour ticket felt just a little too short. By the time we figured out our favorite games and got into a rhythm, our time was almost over.
The puzzle and strategy rooms are a little different. Since they involve reading instructions or solving clues, speaking English definitely helps.
Ironically, I think the hardest part for non-English speakers isn’t the games—it’s everything before you even start playing.
You’ll need to purchase your tickets online, create a LEVEL99 account, and complete a digital waiver before entering. Those steps are currently all in English, so they may be a little confusing if you’re not comfortable with the language.
Once you’re checked in, though, the experience becomes much more straightforward, and you’ll have no problem enjoying the physical challenges.
How Many People Should You Bring?
Most challenges can be played with two to six players, but after trying them myself…

I think three people is the sweet spot.
With only two players, several games become surprisingly difficult because you’re trying to complete multiple tasks at once.
With four or more players, communication and coordination become much more important, and some challenges actually become harder because everyone has to work together perfectly.
For my group, three players felt like the ideal balance.
Free Lockers & Water Stations

One feature I really appreciated was the free amenities.
LEVEL99 offers complimentary lockers, so you can safely store backpacks and shopping bags before playing.
Trust me, you’ll want to.
Many of the challenges involve climbing, jumping, crawling, balancing, or running around, and carrying a bag quickly becomes annoying.
If you’ve been shopping at Disney Springs beforehand, I highly recommend putting everything in a locker before you start.
The facility also has free water refill stations, complete with paper cups, so there’s really no need to carry a water bottle while you’re playing.

Since many of the physical challenges are more active than they look, staying hydrated is definitely a good idea.
Would I Go Again?

Absolutely.
If someone asked me today whether I’d go back, my answer would be an immediate yes.
Actually…I’ve already made plans to go again. That’s how much fun I had.
With so many different challenges, I already want another chance to improve my scores and beat the rooms we couldn’t quite master the first time.
It’s surprisingly addictive.
Are There Any Disney Discounts?
At the moment, there are no discounts for:
- Walt Disney World Annual Passholders
- Disney Cast Members
- Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members
However, a Team Member told us that discounts for these groups are expected in the future, although no official timeline has been announced yet.
Final Verdict: Easy ★★★★★ (5/5)
Disney Springs has been home to several large entertainment venues over the years, including DisneyQuest and NBA Experience.

Personally, I think LEVEL99 is the best one yet.
It’s completely different from a Disney attraction, but if you’re visiting with friends, family, or even on a date, it’s one of the most entertaining experiences you can have at Disney Springs.
If you’re planning a visit, I’d highly recommend adding it to your itinerary.
We’ll definitely be back.
