ESPN is changing the way fans experience live sports, and it all begins this summer.

Disney Advertising has officially announced the launch of ESPN Fan House, a brand-new interactive engagement hub designed to give sports fans more ways to connect with ESPN both at home and during live events. The new platform is expected to debut this August alongside the start of the 2026 college football season, one of ESPN’s biggest programming events of the year.
Powered by Flowcode, ESPN Fan House is designed to serve as a central destination where fans can interact with ESPN content in real time. The digital hub will feature live polls, trivia games, sweepstakes, merchandise, exclusive brand experiences, and interactive activations across television, social media, digital platforms, and in-person events.

According to Disney, the goal is to create a more connected fan experience by offering what it describes as a “frictionless entry point” into the broader ESPN ecosystem. Whether fans are watching games from home, attending live sporting events, or engaging through social media, ESPN Fan House will provide new opportunities to participate beyond simply watching the action unfold.
The platform isn’t just aimed at sports fans — it also introduces new opportunities for advertisers. ESPN Fan House will allow participating brands to create interactive sponsorships, deliver exclusive offers and rewards directly to fans through digital wallets, and extend branded experiences into the ESPN app. Publicis Sports has already signed on as the first agency to pilot the new initiative.

In announcing the platform, Rita Ferro, President of Global Advertising for The Walt Disney Company, said the frequency of college football creates “an unmatched platform for sustained fan connections,” while Tim Armstrong, CEO and co-founder of Flowcode, said the technology will help seamlessly connect fans with the brands and moments they care about most.
The launch of ESPN Fan House reflects Disney’s continued investment in interactive digital experiences as it looks to deepen fan engagement beyond traditional broadcasts. With college football serving as the initial rollout, fans can expect to start seeing ESPN Fan House appear across coverage beginning in August 2026.

Whether you’re tuning in for College GameDay, following your favorite team throughout the season, or just looking for a more interactive sports experience, ESPN Fan House looks poised to become a major new part of the ESPN ecosystem.
