One of EPCOT’s newest dining locations is looking almost ready to welcome guests.

With less than two weeks until its official debut, Disney has added a wave of new theming, signage, and decorative elements to La Poutinerie, the reimagined quick-service location in EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion. The finishing touches are giving guests their best look yet at the Air Canada-sponsored eatery, which is set to open on July 1 — Canada Day.
La Poutinerie replaces the former Refreshment Port near the Canada Pavilion in World Showcase. While construction walls and rolling planters still surround portions of the location, the newest additions show that work is quickly wrapping up ahead of opening day.
Perhaps the biggest visual change is the installation of two themed informational boards flanking the kiosk.

Each display prominently features the “Hosted by Air Canada” tagline while embracing a vintage travel-poster aesthetic that fits seamlessly into EPCOT’s World Showcase.
One display, titled “Poutine Around the Globe,” showcases World Showcase Lagoon with an Air Canada aircraft flying overhead, tying the airline’s sponsorship directly into the pavilion’s storytelling.

The second informational display is divided into three sections:
- “Quebec,” highlighting the origins of poutine as a regional Canadian specialty.
- “Perfect Combination,” explaining the traditional recipe of twice-fried fries, cheese curds, and beef stock gravy.
- “Canada to the World,” celebrating the global influence of poutine, complete with artwork featuring the dish inside a bowl inspired by Spaceship Earth.
Air Canada Sponsorship Takes Center Stage
Disney has also installed Air Canada’s signature maple leaf logo on the wood-paneled exterior near the ordering window, further emphasizing the airline’s partnership with Walt Disney World.

Above the service window, guests will also spot a new menu board featuring the aviation-themed phrase:
“Ready for Taste Off.”
While menu items have not yet been added to the board itself, Disney previously announced the full menu, which will include:
- Québec: L’Authentique — classic poutine with French fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy.
- Montréal: Viande Fumée — poutine topped with smoked meat, pickles, and mustard gravy.
- Spiced Apple Slushy
- Spiced Apple Mule
- Canadian beers and wines, including Molson Canadian Lager and Unibroue La Fin du Monde Belgian-style Ale.
New Canada Geese Display Adds a Playful Touch
One of the most eye-catching additions is a themed planter positioned in front of the kiosk.

The display features sculpted Canada geese appearing to take flight around a faux maple tree dressed in colorful autumn leaves. Decorative rockwork and landscaping complete the scene, helping the refreshed location blend into the Canada Pavilion’s natural setting while reinforcing its distinctly Canadian identity.
Construction Nearing the Finish Line
Although the transformation is nearly complete, guests will still notice rolling hedges and construction barriers surrounding portions of the building. The service windows remain closed, and a small amount of construction equipment is still visible behind the walls.
With La Poutinerie officially opening on July 1, Disney has just under two weeks to finish the remaining work before welcoming guests. The opening date coincides with Canada Day, making it a fitting debut for the newly reimagined location and its partnership with Air Canada.

As EPCOT continues to receive updates throughout World Showcase, La Poutinerie is shaping up to be one of the park’s newest must-visit quick-service locations for guests looking to enjoy an authentic Canadian favorite with a fresh new look.
