A patriotic party is coming to Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and it includes DJs, food trucks, specialty cocktails, birthday cake, and even a chance to experience EPCOT’s new Soarin’ attraction.
As America prepares to celebrate its 250th anniversary, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has announced a lineup of special events and summer experiences tied to the nationwide celebration.
The festivities will kick off during Fourth of July weekend and continue throughout the summer with concerts, entertainment, food offerings, and special discounts for select guests.
Fourth of July Weekend Celebration
The resort’s America 250 celebration will take place from July 3 through July 5, with special activities offered throughout the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort.

Live Entertainment
Both resort pool areas will feature live DJs throughout the celebration:
- Grotto Pool DJ: 12 PM to 4 PM
- Reserve Pool DJ: 1 PM to 3 PM
Inflatable Activation
From July 3-5, guests can enjoy a family-friendly inflatable activation operating daily from 12 PM to 6 PM, designed to provide active fun and memorable moments for families.
Complimentary Birthday Cake
To commemorate America’s 250th birthday, complimentary birthday cake will be available at both the Grotto Pool and Reserve Pool.
Snow Cones and Popcorn
Guests visiting the Grotto Pool can also enjoy snow cones and popcorn available throughout the day.
Fourth of July Crafts
The celebration will include DIY Fourth of July-themed arts and crafts activities at both pool locations, giving families another way to participate in the patriotic festivities.
Food Trucks and Specialty Drinks
The resort is also bringing in its Bites on the Move Food Trucks for the holiday weekend.
According to Swan and Dolphin, guests can expect classic barbecue foods like burnt ends, pulled pork, and Bomb Pops. The resort describes the offerings as “everything summer should taste like.”
For adults, a special Red, White & Poured cocktail will be available during the celebration. The patriotic beverage features 50 States Vodka and will be offered at Cabana, Splash, Tangerine, and Phins.
Easy Access to EPCOT’s New Soarin’ Across America
One of the unique benefits for Swan and Dolphin guests during the celebration is easy access to EPCOT’s new Soarin’ Across America attraction.
Guests can travel to EPCOT using the resort’s walking path or complimentary boat transportation and take advantage of their Early Theme Park Entry benefit to experience the attraction before regular park opening.
The updated Soarin’ experience is part of Disney’s broader America 250 celebration and highlights iconic American landscapes and destinations.
Summer Concert Series Runs Through August
The patriotic fun won’t end after Independence Day weekend.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is launching a Summer Concert Series running from July through the end of August.
The concert events will feature live music, themed food trucks, and specialty cocktails.
Unlike the Fourth of July weekend activities, the concert series will be available not only to hotel guests but also to non-guests who purchase a resort pass.
Summer Discounts Available
The resort also confirmed that several summer promotional offers are currently available.
Eligible groups include Disney Annual Passholders, teachers, and Florida Residents. According to the resort, qualifying guests can save up to 25% on stays during the summer promotion period.
