Ready to earn your driver’s license at EPCOT?

A brand-new interactive souvenir experience has arrived at Test Track, giving guests the chance to create their own personalized Future Driver ID inside the attraction’s gift shop.
The new experience debuted at Test Track Gear Shop and allows guests to pose for photos, customize their license, and take home a unique keepsake inspired by EPCOT’s reimagined Test Track attraction. The experience was created by the same company behind the popular Star Wars Galactic ID cards available at Disneyland Resort.
How the Experience Works
Guests will find dedicated photo booths inside the Test Track Gear Shop near the attraction exit.

The process begins by selecting the personalized driver’s license experience and making your payment before taking photos. The custom souvenir costs $15 per license. Guests can then choose from a variety of photo filters and effects before posing for three separate photos. After reviewing the images, guests select their favorite shot to appear on the final card.

Disney has also included an accessible station outside one of the enclosed booths, allowing guests using wheelchairs or those unable to enter the booth to participate in the experience.
Multiple Photo Effects Available
Before taking their photo, guests can personalize their Future Driver ID using several visual effects.

Options include:
- Black and white
- Sepia tone
- Sketch-style artwork
- Glitch effects
- Solarized filters
- Additional stylized photo treatments
Once the final image is selected, the license is printed immediately and is ready to take home!
Hidden EPCOT Easter Eggs
What makes this souvenir especially fun for longtime EPCOT fans are the details hidden throughout the card’s design.
The translucent card features a blue gradient background inspired by the attraction’s updated aesthetic, but several references tie directly back to EPCOT history.

One of the most notable details is the Record ID WOM_1982_EC. This appears to reference World of Motion (the original attraction Test Track replaced), 1982 (the opening year of EPCOT Center, and EC (a reference to EPCOT).
The license also lists the location as “Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow,” the phrase from which EPCOT gets its name. The modern EPCOT logo appears on the lower corner of the card as another tribute to the park’s past and present.
Another Interactive Souvenir for EPCOT Fans
The new driver’s license continues Disney’s recent trend of personalized collectibles and interactive souvenirs throughout the parks.

For Test Track fans, it offers another way to commemorate riding EPCOT’s high-speed attraction while also celebrating the ride’s deep connection to World of Motion and the park’s original vision of innovation and transportation. With Test Track’s latest reimagining embracing more of EPCOT’s heritage, the hidden references throughout the card feel especially fitting.
