The streets of Universal Studios Florida just got a lot more cinematic.

After a brief delay, the fan-favorite Universal Mega Movie Parade has officially returned to Universal Studios Florida for Summer 2026, bringing some of the biggest movies in Universal’s history to life through massive floats, energetic performers, and unforgettable movie moments. The parade officially returned on June 5, 2026, and is currently scheduled to perform on select dates throughout the summer.
Originally debuting in 2024, the Universal Mega Movie Parade quickly became one of the resort’s most popular entertainment offerings, celebrating Universal Pictures’ legendary film library with larger-than-life floats and beloved characters from both classic and modern franchises.

Guests can expect to see spectacular parade units inspired by films including Back to the Future, Jaws, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Ghostbusters, Jurassic World, Minions, Sing, Trolls, and Kung Fu Panda. Some of the parade’s most impressive moments include a towering Stay Puft Marshmallow Man float, a massive Jaws shark, the iconic Back to the Future DeLorean, and E.T.’s famous flying bicycle scene.

The parade is also one of Universal Orlando’s largest entertainment productions, featuring 13 themed floats and more than 100 performers, including dancers, stilt walkers, skaters, character performers, and specialty artists who bring the movie magic to life along the parade route.

The Universal Mega Movie Parade typically steps off in the evening, though guests should check the Universal Orlando Resort app for the latest showtimes during their visit.

As Universal Orlando continues celebrating a summer filled with new experiences, the return of the Mega Movie Parade gives guests another reason to stay in the parks through the evening and experience some of the most beloved films in Universal’s history in a whole new way.
