This is gonna be the best summer ever.
Disney Channel icon Demi Lovato has returned to Walt Disney World, and she brought the next generation of Camp Rock stars along for the ride.
In a newly released Instagram reel promoting both Camp Rock 3 and Walt Disney World’s Cool KIDS’ Summer celebration, Lovato and members of the upcoming film’s cast traded Camp Rock for Tomorrowland as they took on Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin at Magic Kingdom.
A “Brand New Day” at Magic Kingdom
The video, shared by the official Camp Rock account, begins with Lovato standing outside Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin in Tomorrowland.
As she addresses the camera, Lovato enthusiastically says:
“Okay, first off, this is gonna be the best summer ever. And second, nothing can make me lose my…focus…What is that!?”
Behind her, several stars from the upcoming film (including Hudson Stone, Lumi Pollack, Sherry Cola, and Casey Trotter) look up toward the attraction’s marquee before the group boards the recently refreshed attraction.
The remainder of the clip features the cast enjoying the ride while “Brand New Day” from Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam plays in the background.
Camp Rock Returns for a New Generation
Camp Rock 3 will bring the beloved Disney Channel franchise back with a brand-new generation of campers.
The film sees the return of the Jonas Brothers as Connect 3, while Lovato is serving behind the scenes as an executive producer.
According to Disney, the story follows Connect 3 as they return to Camp Rock after losing the opening act for a major reunion tour. Their search for new talent sparks a competition among young performers, all hoping to earn the coveted opening slot.

Coming This August
Disney has announced that Camp Rock 3 is scheduled to premiere on both Disney Channel and Disney+ in August 2026. The film will feature new original music while continuing the story of Connect 3 and introducing a new generation of Camp Rock campers.
Until then, it looks like the cast is making the most of their Disney summer by taking aim at Emperor Zurg and enjoying one of Magic Kingdom’s most iconic Tomorrowland attractions.
