Halloween Horror Nights fans just got a BIG update, and it could save some guests extra money this season!
Universal Orlando Guest Services has confirmed that eligible Universal Orlando Annual Passholders can once again use their Annual Pass for daytime park access in place of purchasing a separate Scream Early ticket for Halloween Horror Nights 2026.
According to the statement shared by Guest Services from an inquiring guest, Passholders may remain inside Universal Studios Florida for Stay & Scream access as long as their Annual Pass is valid for daytime admission and they are not blocked out on the specific event date they plan to attend HHN.
This means eligible Passholders who enter the park during regular operating hours may be able to access Stay & Scream holding areas without purchasing the separate add-on ticket typically sold to non-day guests.
Universal also noted that policies are subject to change and encouraged guests to continue monitoring the official Halloween Horror Nights website and social media channels closer to the start of the season for final operational details.
For longtime HHN fans, this is a notable update because Stay & Scream is one of the most popular ways to maximize time at the event, allowing guests already inside the park to access select haunted houses earlier than general event entry.
Halloween Horror Nights 2026 is expected to begin later this summer at Universal Studios Florida.
We’ll be tracking more HHN announcements, haunted house reveals, ticket details, and Universal Orlando updates — so be sure to check back soon for all the latest Halloween Horror Nights news.
