If you’ve been trying to catch one of the most popular shows at Universal Fan Fest Nights…your chances just got a LOT better!

Universal Studios Hollywood has just made a big update to one of its most in-demand experiences at this year’s Fan Fest Nights, and fans of One Piece are going to want to take note.
After quickly becoming a standout hit of the event, the park has officially added additional performances of the One Piece: Grand Pirate Show to meet guest demand.
Due to high popularity during Universal Fan Fest Nights 2026, Universal Studios Hollywood has expanded the show schedule for the “One Piece: Grand Pirate Show.”

The live stunt show, held at the park’s iconic WaterWorld venue, is one of the headline entertainment offerings during the event, and now, guests have more opportunities each night to experience it.
Originally, the show typically ran a limited number of times per evening, with performances around:
- 8:30 PM
- 10:30 PM
- 12:00 AM
With this update, additional showtimes have been added on select event nights, giving guests more flexibility to fit the experience into their evening plans.

The One Piece: Grand Pirate Show is a high-energy, live stunt spectacular featuring characters from the globally popular anime franchise. The experience blends action-packed fight sequences, comedy, character interactions, and special effects, including lighting and pyrotechnics.
Guests join Luffy and the Straw Hat Crew in a fast-paced battle adventure, making it one of the most immersive and dynamic entertainment offerings at the event.
It’s also notable as the first English-language stage production of this show, adapted from Universal Studios Japan’s version.
The show is just one piece (pun fully intended) of the larger Universal Fan Fest Nights event — a separately ticketed, after-hours experience celebrating fandoms across Anime, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Gaming.
The 2026 event runs on select nights from April 23 through May 16, featuring immersive experiences, live entertainment, themed food, and exclusive merchandise throughout the park.

Adding more performances isn’t just a small scheduling tweak; it’s a clear sign of demand.
The One Piece show has quickly become one of the most talked-about offerings at the event, a must-do for anime fans, and a major crowd draw at the WaterWorld theater.
With limited event hours and so much to do, extra showtimes help guests better balance their night — especially at an event packed with experiences.
