Pandora is hitting the road, and the first stop is one of the most famous waterfalls on the planet.

AVATAR: Guardians of Eywa is a brand new immersive experience, and it will make its world premiere at Niagara Falls, Canada, on May 17, 2027.
If you’re wondering how this fits in with the Avatar stuff you already know, here’s the quick version. This isn’t a ride, and it isn’t a theme park land. It’s a walkthrough experience licensed by Disney Theatrical Group and Lightstorm Entertainment, and it’s built on a format called Magic Walk.
So what is a Magic Walk? You start by wandering at your own pace through two Pandoran settings, a rainforest and a coastal reef. Both are filled with installations inspired by Pandora’s plants and animals, so this part is all about taking your time and soaking it in. Then the experience shifts into a live acrobatic show that tells the Na’vi cycle of life, and it wraps with a live acrobatic finale. The whole thing is designed to end on connection and the spirit of life, and Niagara Parks says guests should leave with a stronger sense of community.

There’s some serious creative muscle behind it. IMMEX developed the Magic Walk format and owns it, Montreal’s Moment Factory led the design and creative production, and EMM Williams Productions is producing the show. The experience combines large-scale multimedia environments with live performance, which is a pretty good recipe for something that could look incredible with the right Pandora glow.
The location is a great pick. The world premiere will be at Niagara Parks in Niagara Falls, at a performance site at Table Rock Centre, and performances are scheduled through early September 2027. After that, the production is set to continue on to other venues around the world.

If you want to be first in line, fans can join a waitlist through Fever, the official ticketing provider. Tickets haven’t gone on sale yet.
For Avatar fans who’ve been to Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, which has been open since 2017, this is a different flavor of the same world. There are no rides and no park admission here, just the story, the environments, and the performers. And with a new Avatar area also planned for Disney California Adventure, it’s a busy time to be a Pandora fan.

I like this a lot as a way to bring Pandora to people who may never make it to a Disney park. A walkthrough that lets you go at your own speed and then turns into a live show feels like it could work for a big range of ages, from kids who love the blue people to grandparents who just want to sit down for a good performance. And Niagara Falls is already a bucket-list family trip, so a summer 2027 visit could easily turn into a Pandora stop and a waterfall stop in one go. I’d get on that waitlist now, and I’ll be curious to see how Moment Factory handles the rainforest and the reef, since those two spaces are where the first impression will happen.
We’ll keep you posted on ticket details, show information, and anything else that comes out about Guardians of Eywa.
