Every single Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party date for 2026 is still available to buy right now, but if history is any guide, that window won’t stay open much longer.
If you’ve been putting off booking your Christmas party ticket, this is your nudge. Nothing has sold out yet, but “yet” is doing a lot of work in that sentence.
As of today, all 25 nights of the 2026 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, running November 8 through December 22 at Magic Kingdom, remain open for purchase. Tickets went on sale to Disney Resort hotel guests on July 9 and to everyone else on July 16, so the general public has had a little over two months to grab a date. Based on how the last few seasons have gone, opening night on November 8 is one of the likeliest candidates to disappear first, along with other early-season dates that tend to draw the biggest crowds relative to how few tickets Disney puts on sale for them. Last year, opening night sold out by September 10, well before the season even started, and roughly half of all 2025 dates were gone before the first party of the year happened.
Prices this year run from $189 to $229 per ticket depending on the date, with kids ages 3 to 9 getting a $10 discount. That’s a notable shift from last year’s structure: the top price of $229 held steady, but the cheapest tier jumped $20, from $169 to $189, and Disney eliminated the old $169 and $179 price points entirely. In plain terms, there’s no longer a true bargain night. Even the least expensive dates in mid-November now start where last year’s mid-tier pricing used to sit. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket, but only on a limited set of early dates, so that discount is worth checking before you assume it applies to whichever night you want.
It’s easy to take Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for granted at this point, but it’s actually one of the longest-running hard-ticket events in Walt Disney World history, dating all the way back to 1983. Ticket prices back then were nowhere close to today’s, and it’s wild to think how far the event has grown since, now packing in a full parade, a dedicated fireworks show, holiday ride overlays, and character lineups you won’t see any other time of year, including a few genuinely rare appearances that only show up during this specific event.
If your preferred date does sell out before you get to it, don’t panic completely. A nearby weekday date usually runs cheaper and less crowded anyway, with the exact same entertainment lineup, so it’s rarely a downgrade in experience, just in bragging rights about which night you went.
