A twisted new thriller might be landing on Hulu sooner than you think.

If you’ve been keeping an eye on Disney’s latest film releases, there’s one title that’s been quietly building buzz, and now, it looks like it could be making its way to streaming very soon!
We’re talking suspense, survival, and just enough dark humor to keep things interesting. And if early reports are right, this could be your next must-watch movie night pick.
The new film Send Help, directed by Sam Raimi, is expected to arrive on Hulu starting May 7, following its theatrical release.

The movie already hit theaters earlier this year and became available on digital platforms in March, setting up its next step: streaming.
And since it comes from 20th Century Studios (a Disney-owned label), Hulu is the most likely destination.
So what’s all the hype about?

Send Help follows two coworkers (played by Rachel McAdams and Dylan O’Brien) who find themselves stranded on a deserted island after a plane crash. What starts as a survival story quickly turns into a tense psychological battle, blending thriller, horror, and dark comedy elements.
Think Cast Away…but with way more tension (and a lot less volleyball).
Disney has been steadily funneling 20th Century Studios films to Hulu, making it a go-to platform for more mature, genre-driven content that doesn’t quite fit the Disney+ mold. And Send Help fits that lane perfectly.
Plus, with strong early buzz and a unique premise, this could easily become one of Hulu’s standout additions for the month. So if you’re already building your next watchlist…you might want to leave some room!
Streaming lineups change fast, and Disney is constantly adding new titles to the mix! Keep checking back for the latest entertainment updates, streaming news, and everything you need to plan your next movie night.
