After years of feeling like The Muppets were quietly sitting on the sidelines, Disney just made a BIG move, and fans are eating it up!
For the first time in over a decade, an all-new line of Muppets plush toys created by Disney is officially here. And honestly? It feels like the start of something bigger.
The new collection features some of the most iconic characters fans know and love, including Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Animal, and even the chaotic fan-favorite Swedish Chef.
Each plush is designed with soft materials and embroidered features, giving them that classic Disney Store quality while still staying true to the quirky personalities that made these characters iconic in the first place.
Right now, the collection has been rolling out through Disney Store’s TikTok Shop as part of an early access event, giving fans a limited window to snag their favorites before the wider release. And if you miss that? Don’t worry — the full collection is expected to hit Disney Store online in the U.S. starting April 15, 2026.
This drop isn’t happening in a vacuum either. Disney has been slowly reintroducing the Muppets into the spotlight, from new entertainment projects to their upcoming presence in the parks, including the reimagined Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
In other words…this plush release is just the beginning of a much bigger Muppets comeback! And if history tells us anything, it’s this: when Disney finally leans into fan-favorite characters again, the merch doesn’t stick around for long.
